Research On Labor Education Of College Students In The New Era From The Perspective Of Marxist View Of Labor

The Marxist view of labor emphasizes that labor is the manifestation of human’s essential power and a unique social practice.The combination of education and labor plays an important role in promoting human’s all-round development.It can be seen that labor education is an important content of Marxist view of labor.The report to the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stressed that to ensure education that the people are satisfied with,it is necessary to fully implement the Party’s educational policy,and to train socialist builders and successors with all-round development in morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics,and labor.Strengthening the labor education of college students in the new era is not only the due meaning of the Marxist view of labor,but also the realistic need to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and the fundamental requirement to adhere to the nature of socialist education.Therefore,it is necessary to adhere to the guidance of the Marxist view of labor,closely combine with the requirements of the times,with labor education to cultivate new talents of the era who bear the responsibility of national rejuvenation,and provide talent support for socialist modernization.From the perspective of Marxist view of labor,this paper studies the labor education of college students in the new era by using the methods of literature research and combining theory with practice.First of all,it summarizes the Marxist view of labor and labor education of college students in the new era.This paper combs the basic contents of Marxist labor view from three aspects: Marx and Engels’ labor view,Lenin and Stalin’s labor view,and Chinese Communist’s labor view.It also discusses the related concepts,main contents and important significance of college students’ labor education in the new era,and expounds the logical relevance between Marxist view of labor and labor education of college students in the new era.Secondly,it introduces the current situation of college students’ labor education in the new era.While affirming the achievements of current college students’ labor education,this paper reveals the problems existing in current labor education of college students and analyzes the reasons behind the problems.Finally,it discusses the path of college students’ labor education in the new era from the perspective of Marxist labor view.This paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen labor education and enhance the effectiveness of college students’ labor education,mainly from four aspects: society,colleges and universities,families and college students.
