The Craftsman Spirit Of College Students In The New Era From The Perspective Of Labor Education Research On Nurturing Path

Craftsman spirit is an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture,and it is also a powerful spiritual force to promote the comprehensive and high-quality development of China’s economy,society,ecology,culture and national governance system.College students are the new force in the future social construction.Cultivating the craftsman spirit of college students plays an important role in the development of the country and society and the growth of college students themselves.Education and the cultivation of craftsman spirit are interlinked.Carrying out the cultivation of craftsman spirit among college students through labor education can deepen the understanding and perception of craftsman spirit among college students,enable college students to strengthen the implementation of craftsman spirit through rich labor practice,and improve the cultivation effect of craftsman spirit among college students.In the new era,the connotation of artisans’ spirit is more abundant.This paper summarizes previous studies,summarizes the connotation of artisans’ spirit in the new era based on the important exposition of national leaders on artisans’ spirit and the characteristics of artisans’ spirit in the new era,and sorts out the connotation of artisans’ spirit of college students in the new era.This paper discusses the relationship between labor education and the cultivation of college students’ craftsman spirit in the new era,and analyzes the feasibility of carrying out the cultivation of college students’ craftsman spirit in the new era through labor education from three aspects:the integration of connotation,the same direction of value and the same path.The necessity of cultivating college students’ artisans’ spirit in the new era through labor education is analyzed from two aspects: its own value and positive influence on the outside world,and the value and significance of cultivating college students’ artisans’ spirit from the perspective of labor education are demonstrated.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the cultivation of college students’ artisan spirit in the new era from the perspective of labor education,the achievements are summarized.At the same time,there are five problems in the cultivation of artisan spirit,such as deficiency in content,insufficiency in practice,optimization of environment,updating of methods and imperfect mechanism.The causes of these problems are deeply analyzed from four dimensions: family,universities,society and college students themselves.On this basis,this paper explores the path of cultivating the craftsman spirit of college students in the new era from five aspects: strengthening the basic content construction,deepening the process of labor practice,creating a glorious atmosphere for labor,improving labor education methods and drawing lessons from labor education system.
