| Standing in the strategic view of realizing Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation,General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to labor education.Xi pointed that it is essential to bring labor education into the socialist education system,which is an important guarantee for training future generations who are well-prepared to join the socialist cause.It emphasizes that labor education should be promoted as an important content of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,and calls for the formation of an education system featuring all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical,aesthetic and labor.Developing labor education in colleges and universities is not only to lay a solid foundation on theoretical knowledge,but also to embody the real attribute of "labor" itself,which means to put it into practice,so that students can "combine knowledge and practice" to test the theories they have learned,to satisfy their need of real experience and to promote their cognitive understanding in practice.More importantly,it is necessary to strengthen the value orientation of the "four most" about labor among students through practice.Accordingly,this paper takes "labor education practice in Colleges and Universities" as the research theme under the guidance of Marxist labor view theory,and builds the research framework of "labor education practice in colleges and universities" by carding the current research situation on labor education practice.Taking QH University as an example,this research use the case analysis method,questionnaire survey method,interview method to set the relevant questionnaire and interview outline which distributed to QH University students and teachers respectively for in-depth investigation.From the degree of principles compliance degree,the degree of system construction inside and outside the school,the circumstances of specific content in labor education practice and student harvest four aspects,the research try to present the real picture of labor education practice in QH University.The research process and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the paper establishes the practical system of university labor education from three aspects: practical principle,internal practical system and external practical force;Secondly,throng the investigation,it presents reality picture of QH University’s labor education practice by four dimensions :the practice principles of labor education,the construction of the practice system inside and outside the school,the implementation of the practice content of labor education,and the harvest of students’ labor education practice.The results showed that QH University has a relatively significant effect in the construction of the on-campus system,the establishment of labor practice activities,and the implementation of labor practice content.However,there are still some areas that need to be improved,such as the interest of labor education practice,the degree of systematization of labor education practice and the maturation and diversification of evaluation of labor education practice.Finally,according to the problems existing in the labor education practice of QH University,the research proposes the countermeasures and suggestions.It is necessary to strengthen the "four guarantees" and deepen the "three integration".The university should continuously improve the internal and external guarantee system from the four aspects: system,teachers,facilities and quality.And university need to strengthen the integration of labor education practice with ideological and political courses and specialized courses,at the same time deepen the content integration with practice training,voluntary service,innovation and entrepreneurship education.University should break the shackles of "labor without teaching",and enhance the labor education practice and campus culture,academy culture and association culture integration,to create a "educate people with culture" recessive environment.In order to call on everyone to attach importance to labor,we need to summarize and investigate the experience and deficiency of labor education practice in colleges and universities and constantly explore new ways and methods of education to improve the effectiveness of labor education practice in colleges and universities effectively. |
