| Grass-roots civil servant is one of the most basic and important occupation in Chinese society.As the largest group of civil servants in China,they play an important role in ensuring the implementation of policies,maintaining social stability,providing decision-making information for the country,and assume important functions in promoting government reform and national development.However,the tedious work,the normalization of overtime work and the bad environment lead to the high level of job burnout of grass-roots civil servants,which has a negative impact on personal physical and mental health,affects the work efficiency and enthusiasm,and even affects the construction of service-oriented government and the improvement of grass-roots governance level,and reduces the work efficiency of the public sector.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to study this phenomenon.This paper focuses on the job burnout of grassroots civil servants in J County,with the main purpose of exploring its influencing factors and mitigation measures.Taking grassroots civil servants in J County as samples,this paper studies relevant literature and comprehensively applies the new public service theory,ERG theory and two-factor theory,etc,to clarify the research direction and design the interview outline and questionnaire of job burnout of grassroots civil servants by means of MBI-GS scale.In the process of research,the status quo of job burnout of grassroots civil servants in J County is measured,and it discusses the influencing factors of job burnout,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to relieve the job burnout of grassroots civil servants,including improving the working environment at the grassroots level,reducing the burden of the grassroots civil servants,adjusting the psychological gap of civil servants,supporting the realization of self-promotion,improving the management assessment method,unblocking promotion channels,guaranteeing welfare benefits,establishing the positive image,guiding family support and other aspects,in order to achieve the purpose of eliminating the job burnout of grassroots civil servants,improve the work efficiency of grassroots public sectors and provide certain references for the transformation and upgrading of grassroots governments. |
