Currently,grassroots civil servants in Xiushan County are facing high pressure,high requirements,high attention,and high expectations,but there is a lack of effective coping strategies.Problems such as lack of work passion,loss of work morale,physical and mental fatigue,and low sense of work achievement commonly occur,affecting the conduct of normal affairs,leading to an increase in public dissatisfaction,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of grassroots civil servants in Xiushan County.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the situation and influencing factors of job burnout among grassroots civil servants in Xiushan County,and propose targeted mitigation measures.This article adopts the three-dimensional theory of job burnout,the theory of person job matching,and the theory of effort reward imbalance to conduct a questionnaire survey on the current situation of job burnout among grassroots civil servants in Xiushan County.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire data,it finds the level of their job burnout,and analyzes the causes of their job burnout based on the interview results.The causes of their job burnout come from four aspects: grassroots civil servants themselves,work,organization,and society,Therefore,mitigation measures are proposed from these four aspects.Through the analysis of this article,it is found that:(1)The level of job burnout of grassroots civil servants in Xiushan County is moderate,with the average values of the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion,cynicism,and low personal achievement being 3.433,3.208,and 4.109,respectively,which are all above the medium level,indicating a relatively severe degree.(2)The causes of job burnout among grassroots civil servants in Xiushan County come from the following aspects: at the personal level,there are issues such as higher personal expectations than the actual situation,inaccurate personal identity control,and poor self-regulation ability.At the work level,there are issues such as higher requirements for grassroots work in the new era and new tasks,mismatched job division,and the existence of formalism in the work,which leads to low quality and efficiency of work,At the organizational level,there are problems such as inadequate performance appraisal mechanisms,unsmooth promotion channels for positions and ranks,and unreasonable incentive measures.At the social level,there are problems such as high social expectations,insufficient social support,and poor communication with the masses.(3)Propose targeted improvement measures based on the reasons.At the individual level,grassroots civil servants should be encouraged to adhere to rational professional values,recognize their own role positioning,and strengthen their own capacity building.At the work level,countermeasures such as improving work methods,implementing the rotation system,and rectifying formalism should be taken.At the organizational level,countermeasures such as improving performance appraisal mechanisms,broadening promotion channels,and optimizing incentive mechanisms can be taken,At the social level,measures can be taken to guide the public’s reasonable expectations,strengthen social support,and smooth communication channels between cadres and the masses.I hope that this study can provide some reference and guidance for the alleviation of job burnout among grassroots civil servants in Xiushan County.
