| My country?s civil servants present a "pyramid" structure,of which more than 90%belong to grassroots civil servants.As the group that has direct contact with the people and has the most extensive contact with the people,the public?s views on the credibility of the government are different.Work status,results,and work efficiency are significantly related.However,judging from the current actual situation,the phenomenon of job burnout,such as low work efficiency and low work enthusiasm,also objectively exists in the grassroots civil servants.Basic-level civil servants,as an important link for the Chinese government to connect with the masses,should correct their work attitudes,improve work efficiency and retain grass-roots talents,which should become the focus of attention in the field of public management.This article combines relevant theories and the basic-level civil servants in Longchang City to make an investigation on the job burnout of the grass-roots civil servants in Longchang City.In terms of research methods,a questionnaire survey was carried out on the three aspects of civil servants? work pressure,career development prospects and working environment,starting from the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion,low personal accomplishment and depersonalization,and proposed corresponding hypotheses.This article is based on the research and exploration of related scholars at home and abroad in the theory of job burnout,using SPSS software to analyze the reliability and validity of the data first,and then conduct difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The final conclusion is: the greater the work pressure of the basic-level civil servants,the higher the degree of job burnout,that is,the two are positively correlated;providing a better working environment for the basic-level civil servants will help reduce their job burnout,that is,the two are negatively correlated;Good career development prospects can weaken the level of job burnout of grassroots civil servants,that is,the two are negatively correlated.Compared with the job burnout of male basic-level civil servants,the average female job burnout is higher,and basic-level civil servants with long working years,low education,and low rank have significantly higher average job burnout in the three dimensions than those who have low working years,high academic qualifications and high rank.Finally,on this basis,this article puts forward the following suggestions to solve the problem of job burnout of grassroots civil servants in Longchang City: At the work pressure level,the work pressure of grassroots civil servants should be relieved in time,the work responsibilities of civil servants should be clarified,and the responsibility of serving the people should be promoted.At the work environment level,the organizational cohesion of civil servants should be enhanced,and smooth information communication channels between subordinates and leaders should be established to create a healthy and harmonious organizational atmosphere.At the level of career development,the self-awareness of civil servants should be clarified and their work content should be enriched.In terms of work,a reasonable salary system should be established,and a transparent and fair promotion system should be established through performance and other factors. |
