Career burnout is a common issue in today’s professional field,which has a significant impact on personal career growth and is also an important area of concern for society.Grassroots civil servants are the group with the closest and most frequent contact with the masses,but the phenomenon of occupational burnout among grassroots civil servants often occurs,which not only affects their enthusiasm for serving the people,but also has a negative impact on their personal mental health and career growth,and may even lead to a deterioration of their image in the hearts of the people.In this context,it is particularly urgent to conduct in-depth analysis and solve the problem of job burnout among grassroots civil servants.Firstly,this article selects A city grassroots civil servants as the research object,the status of the burnout questionnaire results: the current A grassroots civil burnout overall score 3.332,burnout degree is moderate,including emotional exhaustion,to personalized and low achievement dimension score are respectively: 3.195,2.878 and 3.922 points,are in moderate job burnout level.In terms of demographic variables,there are significant differences in the job burnout levels of different ages,educational background and marriage.In terms of age,grassroots civil servants aged 31-40 have higher job burnout than other age groups;in terms of marriage,unmarried grassroots civil servants have higher job burnout than married group.Secondly,it analyzes the five aspects of individual,family,organization,society and work,and deeply discusses the impact on the job burnout of grassroots civil servants in A city.At the individual level,the gap between ideal and reality leads to psychological gap,lack of clear career planning,personal development goals and personal emotional regulation ability;family level,lack of family understanding and family pressure;organization level,salary level,low economic burden,lack of clear promotion channels,imperfect training system,poor working atmosphere and unreasonable work distribution;social level,high social expectations and public opinion pressure;work level,heavy work burden,boring work,monotonous and repetitive,working environment and conditions to be improved.Finally,the countermeasures to alleviate the burnout of grassroots civil servants and proposed.At the individual level,correct cognition and values should be established,scientific planning and personal emotional regulation ability should be enhanced;at the family level,the relationship between work and family should be coordinated,parents should change their ideas and children’s wishes with respect;at the organizational level,the remuneration of grassroots civil servants should be guaranteed,fair and transparent promotion channels should be constructed,training system of grassroots civil servants should be improved,good working atmosphere and communication rotation of grassroots civil servants should be strengthened;at the social level,reasonable social expectation and positive public opinion orientation should be guided;At the work level,the workload should be reduced,the work content should be enriched,allocate challenging work and improve the working environment and conditions.
