Patriotism is the most profound spiritual character of the Chinese nation,which reflects the unremitting value pursuit of the Chinese nation.Since the 18thCPC National Congress,Xi Jinping,general secretary published a series of important speech about patriotism,emphasized to be vivid and spread the spirit of patriotism in different occasions.The"two overall situations"in the new era and the free and open environment in the whole media era,while bringing rich information and convenient communication,have also brought the invasion of Western values and ideologies and the fight for the right to spread discourse,which pose a major threat to the national ideological security.At the same time,the social environment with diversified ideologies and values caused the college students cognitive imbalance and value confusion,which have seriously affected their national identity,social identity,system identity,value identity and cultural identity.The effectiveness of the spread of patriotism is highlighted.Thus,adapt to education development trend of digital,giving full play to the advantages of communication in the new era to improve the effectiveness of the spread of patriotism among college students is not only a proposition given by the times,but also a conscious thinking of ideological and political educators.On the basis of Marxist theories and methods,this paper is based on the"two overall situations"and the new era background with new media vigorous developing,taking the effectiveness of the spread of patriotism among college students as the research object,drawing on the theory and research results of communication,using literature analysis and interdisciplinary research methods,and following the research ideas of"what","why"and"how to do"to clarify the basic concepts,analyze the opportunities and challenges in the process of patriotism communication in the new era,to analyze its impact on the communication effect from the positive attributes of communicators,communication audiences,communication content,communication channels,communication environment,communication feedback and other elements,clarify the trend and principles of patriotism communication,and propose the implementation path of patriotism communication accordingly,so as to improve the effectiveness of patriotism communication.The specific research contents are divided into five chapters.The first chapter is introduction.It clarifies the reason and significance of the topic selection,the current research situation at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods,the innovation points,key and difficult points and deficiencies of the research,and lays a good foundation for further study.The second chapter is theoretical overview.It defines the connotation and characteristics of the core concept of the effectiveness of patriotic spirit transmission among college students in the new era;discusses the theoretical basis of the research on the effectiveness of patriotism transmission among college students in the new era;and explains the internal theoretical logic of the propagation of college students’patriotic spirit from the internal correspondence between patriotism and communication.The third chapter is reality review.It comprehensively analyzes the era opportunities faced by college students’patriotic spirit communication from the era,national and social levels,and puts forward the practical difficulties encountered by the effective communication of college students’patriotic spirit in the new era from the international and domestic perspectives.The fourth chapter is influence factors.From the aspects of individual needs,ideals and beliefs,will quality,and practical experience,this paper analyzes the internal factors that affect the effectiveness of the dissemination of patriotism among college students in the new era,and demonstrates the external factors that affect the effectiveness of the dissemination of patriotism among college students in the new era from the positive attributes of communicators,communication content,communication channels,communication environment,and communication feedback.The fifth chapter is improvement measures.From the aspects of grasping the development trend of the times,following the principles of communication implementation and improving the path of communication practice,this paper expounds the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of the dissemination of patriotism spirit among college students in the new era,which is the foothold of this paper.
