Research On The Integration Of Red Culture Into College Students’ Patriotism Education In The New Era

Red culture is an advanced socialist culture with Chinese characteristics formed by the Communist Party of China leading the broad masses of the people in the period of revolution,construction and reform and combining the basic principles of Marxism with China’s specific reality.China’s red culture is rich in resources and diverse in forms,including both material and spiritual red culture.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in many important occasions that we should make good use of red resources,carry forward the red tradition and inherit the red gene well.Red culture is an important spiritual force to guide the party and the country to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is a high-quality resource for moral education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.The integration of red culture into the patriotic education of college students in the new era is conducive to enrich the materials of patriotic education,broaden the educational carrier,innovate the educational methods and improve the educational effect.This paper mainly uses the combination of literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to analyze the current situation of the integration of red culture into the patriotic education of college students in the new era by issuing a questionnaire.It is found that the integration consciousness is relatively weak,the integration method is relatively single,and the integration environment needs to be optimized.The main reasons are that the basic guarantee of schools needs to be strengthened;students’ awareness of self-education is weak;negative impact of social environment.In view of the existing problems and reasons,I think we should make improvements from the aspects of educational methods,educational environment,condition guarantee,students’ main role and so on.Through the methods of example demonstration,practical exercise and emotional cultivation,we can enrich the methods of integrating red culture into college students’ patriotism education.Optimize the social environment,campus environment and network environment to create a good external environment for the integration of red culture.By increasing financial investment and strengthening team construction,we will provide solid conditions and guarantee for the integration of red culture.Finally,students should strengthen the theoretical study of red culture,cultivate their own character with red spirit,actively participate in red social practice activities and give full play to their main role.Red culture is an important resource for college students’ Patriotism Education at present.The integration of red culture into college students’ Patriotism Education in the new era can stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning red culture,make students understand that the prosperity of the motherland is hard won,and stimulate students’ patriotism,ambition to strengthen the country and serve the country,At the same time,it is also conducive to the inheritance and promotion of China’s red culture.
