With the continuous deepening of follow-up support work for poverty alleviation and relocation in relocation areas, the issue of community governance for poverty alleviation and relocation in relocation areas has become increasingly prominent. The old community governance methods have gradually been unable to adapt to the diverse and personalized needs of the relocated population. At the same time, the Party and the state have also put forward new requirements for achieving high-quality development in the governance of relocated communities.Against this realistic background,as a professional force in grassroots social governance,it is necessary for social organizations to intervene in the governance of relocation communities for poverty alleviation in ex situ, give full play to their professional advantages, and solve the difficulties of subsequent support and governance in relocation communities for poverty alleviation in ex situ. However,in specific governance practices, social organizations are not only simply providing community services, but also facing practical issues such as how to enter and establish relationships with different governance entities, balance the interests of various entities, and win trust while improving service quality.Based on this, this study, from the perspective of embeddedness, studies the embedding of social organizations in the governance of relocated communities for poverty alleviation.Based on the analysis of embeddedness theory,an analytical framework for social organization embeddedness in the governance of relocated communities for poverty alleviation is constructed.Under the framework of embeddedness analysis of "embeddedness motivation embeddedness behavior embeddedness results",this paper analyzes the embeddedness logic of social organizations from three dimensions: motivation, behavior, and results, taking the practice of embeddedness C in poverty alleviation and relocation communities in Huanjiang County,Guangxi as an example. The study found that when participating in community governance for poverty alleviation and relocation in relocation areas, the embedding behavior of social organizations mainly presents a gradual embedding feature, specifically manifested as the embedding subject from top to bottom, the embedding range from outside to inside, and the embedding goal from large to small.Under the strategy of gradual embeddedness, social organizations have gradually won the acceptance and trust of governance entities such as the government, community neighborhood committees, and relocated people, achieving good governance results, and innovating community governance for poverty alleviation and relocation. However,at the same time, there have also emerged practical governance dilemmas such as capacity disembedding, resource disembedding, cooperation disembedding, and system disembedding, which have led to partial disembedding of social organizations in relocated communities for poverty alleviation.Through research and analysis, the cause of de embedding lies in the lack of supportive conditions in terms of embedding subject, embedding object, and embedding environment.Based on this, this study attempts to propose targeted strategies from the dimensions of capacity re embedding, resource re embedding, role re embedding, and system re embedding,in combination with the actual situation of relocation communities for ex situ poverty alleviation,in order to achieve social organization coupling re embedding, promote long-term development of social organizations, and modernize the governance of relocation communities for ex situ poverty alleviation.
