Research On Public Employment Service For College Graduates In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

Employment is of Paramount importance to people’s livelihood and an important strategic support for high-quality economic development.According to the report on the Work of the Government in 2022,we will implement the policy of giving priority to employment of disadvantaged people,give higher priority to promoting the employment of young people,especially college graduates,and ensure the basic livelihood of the people.At present,Inner Mongolia is faced with the double challenges of large employment pressure and prominent structural contradictions,which directly affect the employment quality and employment rate of college students.Improving the employment quality of college graduates and promoting high quality and full employment of graduates is an important way to achieve employment stability and economic recovery.This paper explores the realization path of optimizing the public employment service for college graduates in Inner Mongolia from the perspective of government public employment service department.The first part of "Related concepts and theoretical basis" elaborated the theoretical basis to provide support for this paper;The second part "the Status quo of public employment Service for college graduates in Inner Mongolia" introduces the employment environment and general situation of college graduates in Inner Mongolia,as well as the specific measures and achievements of public employment service for college graduates in Inner Mongolia;The third part "Inner Mongolia University graduates public employment service existing problems and reasons analysis" in-depth analysis of the current Inner Mongolia university graduates public employment service process existing problems and influencing factors;The fourth part,"Countermeasures to optimize the public employment service of college graduates in Inner Mongolia",raises four Thinking of measures,including clarifying the public employment service policies and regulations in the field of new business forms,making employment in the public sector more systematic,strengthening the training of professional public employment service personnel,strengthening the information construction of public employment service,and improving the employment tracking service mechanism of college graduates.The conclusion further summarizes and elevates the theme,the emphasis on improving the level of public employment service in the field of college graduates provides a strong guarantee for stable employment in Inner Mongolia.It is hoped that this paper can optimize the public employment service and promoting the high quality and full employment of college graduates.
