As a national key talent strategy project,grassroots employment has certain practical significance to alleviate the severe employment situation of college graduates,meet the needs of new rural construction talents,promote grassroots democracy,enhance the vitality of rural development,and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.However,in the specific practice process,there are many problems such as low social recognition,complicated initial selection,professional mismatch,environmental incompatibility,and expiration.These problems are related to the "entry barrier"-----selection.Therefore,this paper intends to pay more attention to the grassroots employment selection mechanism.This article is published in the national recruitment network of college graduates to the village network,the relevant provinces and cities of the organization network,human resources and social security network,personnel personnel public service network and other official website on the "college student village" and "three out of one The"Assistance" selection and employment announcement is used as a sample to analyze the content of the selection and employment mechanism of the 12 provinces and cities in China from 2008 to 2017.Analyze the four factors of the selection and employment mechanism,the selection and employment conditions,the nature of the positions selected,and the benefits of the selected employment.The results of the study show that the selection of employment at the grassroots level ranges from importance to quality to quality.In terms of qualifications,the age requirement is to develop towards a younger age,the academic qualifications and school requirements are too high,the professional requirements are insufficiently targeted,the ability and personality requirements are lacking,and the political conditions and student work experience are strict.The nature of the job is too general.There is a lack of welfare benefits.Occupational help is not perfect and careers are uncertain.Through the above conclusions,analyze the defects of the grassroots employment selection mechanism,explore the causes of such defects,and propose feasible countermeasures to eliminate the misunderstanding and prejudice of the public on the grassroots employment of college graduates,and establish the college graduates Guided by the correct concept of career choice,it is conducive to the long-term development of grassroots employment plans,promoting the construction of a new socialist countryside,and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas.
