| The employment of college graduates has been widely concerned by Party committees and governments at all levels as well as all sectors of society.In early2020,novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak,which affected all aspects of national economy,also brought great impact to the employment of university graduates.In recent years,the number of college graduates in Henan Province has been ranked first in the country.The sudden epidemic,the huge amount of employment and the downward pressure of the economy are superimposed on each other,which makes the employment situation which is not optimistic become more severe.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out research on the employment of college graduates in Henan Province under the influence of the current epidemic situation,and find scientific and reasonable coping strategies.This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research and field investigation to carry out the research.Firstly,it combs the social governance theory,structural unemployment theory and new public service to lay a theoretical foundation.Then,it uses literature research,questionnaire survey,qualitative and quantitative research,empirical research and other methods to comprehensively investigate the changes of employment environment in Henan after the outbreak of the epidemic.Combined with the interviews of relevant personnel and the statistical analysis of the questionnaire,the paper believes that under the influence of the epidemic,the,The overall supply of jobs has declined,and the employers are more cautious than before in recruiting talents,blindly setting the recruitment threshold,which adds greater resistance to the employment of graduates;The sudden epidemic situation makes many college students feel pessimistic about the employment situation,and there is an urgent demand for job information,but there are few channels for graduates to obtain information.In addition,as the providers of public policy-making and public services,the government and schools still have some weak links in the interpretation and implementation of policy publicity.In particular,the security policies related to the new employment patterns under the influence of the epidemic situation are not perfect,which restricts the full and high-quality employment of college graduates.Through research,it is concluded that to promote the employment of college graduates in Henan,it is necessary to work together from the four aspects of the government,schools,society,and students.At the level of government departments,it is necessary to further improve the employment guarantee mechanism for college graduates and expand the supply of policy-oriented positions.,To expand the employment space of college graduates through multiple channels;colleges and universities should strengthen the publicity and interpretation of employment policies,especially policies and measures adopted in response to the epidemic,carry out good career planning education,comply with the general trend of accelerated application of information technology,and cultivate students’ innovation and entrepreneurship Ability;the employer level should establish a new era of talent selection and employment,take more social responsibilities when the country is in crisis,tap the potential to attract graduate employment,deepen school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate talents,and make suggestions for the formulation of talent training programs for colleges and universities;Graduates must adhere to the combination of career planning and ability improvement,strive to improve overall quality,adhere to the combination of reasonable positioning and active job selection,consciously change the concept of employment,adhere to the combination of self-adjustment and independent entrepreneurship,and actively adapt to the accelerated information technology under the influence of the epidemic The general trend of application,actively try to innovate and start a business. |
