A Study On Rural Habitat Improvement In The Context Of Rural Revitalization

Rural revitalization is currently an important strategy in China,aiming to promote rural economic and social development,improve the quality of life of farmers,advance the comprehensive construction of a socialist modern country and achieve the second century goal.As an important part of rural revitalization,ecological livability directly affects the implementation effect of this strategy.However,during my social internship and practice in many places,I found that the improvement of rural habitat quality in recent years has not been significant,while more complicated problems have been exposed.If these problems cannot be solved as soon as possible,it will seriously restrict the process of rural development in China.The central government has issued a number of documents for this purpose,in order to guide the improvement of rural habitat,improve the production and living conditions and standards of farmers,guarantee the health of rural environment and ecological balance,and solve a series of problems and contradictions in the process of urbanization.Therefore,in the context of the current new development stage,how to effectively solve the main social contradictions and break through the current rural habitat environment dilemma has become an important issue of concern and research for the whole society.X County belongs to the underdeveloped area of Guizhou Province,and the ecological environment has been seriously damaged by the vigorous development of phosphorus chemical industry and the surrounding industries.However,with the gradual development of the local rural habitat improvement action,the habitat environment of X County has been improved and enhanced significantly.Therefore,based on the theory of sustainable development and the theory of collaborative governance,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the improvement of the rural habitat environment in the county,elaborating on the improvement measures and their effectiveness,and analyzing the shortcomings revealed in the process of improvement.At the same time,based on the dilemma faced in the remediation,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from various perspectives,such as governance subjects,mechanism design and resource input.This paper hopes to provide practical and effective help for the remediation actions in the county,improve the quality of life and happiness of local farmers,and provide useful inspiration and experience for the remediation activities in other regions of China,so as to realize the transformation of research results from individual to general,and strive to make the general public realize their aspiration for a better life.
