Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Habitat Improvement In J County

On 2 January 2018,the State Council of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued an opinion on the implementation of the rural revitalisation strategy,which pointed out that rural environmental and ecological problems were more prominent and the overall level of rural development was in urgent need of upgrading.Based on this,the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has made an important decision to improve the rural living environment and build a livable and beautiful countryside.This is an important content and major initiative to comprehensively promote the rural revitalisation strategy.This move is of great significance to enhance the sense of access,happiness and security of the majority of farmers,however,new problems are constantly exposed in the process of habitat improvement work in various provinces.This paper adopts literature research method,case study method,questionnaire survey method,theoretical analysis method and other research methods to study the problem of rural habitat improvement in J County.This article is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the following contents: introducing the background and research significance of the topic chosen for the paper;summarising the research situation at home and abroad;describing the theoretical tools and methods used in this study;describing the ideas of the study;and putting forward the innovative points and shortcomings of this paper’s research.The second part is the basic concepts and theories related to this paper.This part is done by reviewing academic writings related to rural habitat environment improvement as well as journal papers and academic papers,combined with mainstream media such as People’s Daily Online and Xinhua Online.The basic concepts and relevant theories related to the current rural habitat environment are discussed.The third part is the main practices and effectiveness of rural habitat environment improvement in County J.Firstly,it introduces the basic situation of County J and the main practices of the current habitat improvement work.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews with relevant village cadres and representatives of the public,it further presents the effectiveness of the rural habitat improvement work.The fourth part is an analysis of the problems and causes of rural habitat improvement in County J.Through the analysis of the above chapters,it is thus concluded that the problems existing in the improvement of the habitat environment in County J mainly include problems in human,financial and material resources,and the working system;further analysis of the causes of the problems in the improvement of the habitat environment in rural areas in County J;the fifth part,the ideas and countermeasures for the improvement of the habitat environment in rural areas in County J,from strengthening publicity and making full use of village cadres and the public;increasing investment in the improvement and providing strong protection;standardising the improvement system The fifth part is about the measures and suggestions for the improvement of the rural habitat environment in County J.The measures and suggestions include strengthening publicity and making good use of village cadres and the masses;increasing investment in improvement and providing strong protection;standardizing the improvement system;creating a model to learn from and leading the development of a benign area with a point.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook,which mainly summarises the framework of this paper and provides an outlook for the future.
