Research On The Evolution And Development Of Rural Collective Economy In China

At the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was proposed to consolidate and improve the basic rural management system,develop a new type of rural collective economy,develop new types of agricultural business entities and socialized services,and develop moderately scaled agricultural operations.China’s rural collective economy is an important component of the socialist public ownership economy and a strong engine for rural revitalization.Strengthening China’s rural collective economy is an important path to strengthen and enrich farmers,reflecting the fundamental principle of common prosperity of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Based on the research results of relevant scholars at home and abroad,this article systematically sorts out the evolution process of China’s rural collective economy,summarizes the experience and enlightenment of China’s rural collective economy evolution,and proposes suggestions for innovating China’s rural collective economy in the new era in response to the practical challenges faced by China’s rural economic development.This article includes five chapters:Chapter 1: Introduction.Firstly,it introduces the purpose of the research and significance of the topic,and then elaborates on the current research situation at home and abroad through literature research methods;Then it discusses the research methods and the innovation and shortcomings of this article.Chapter 2: Overview of the evolution and development of China’s rural collective economy.Based on the research results of related scholars,the concepts of collective economy,rural collective economy and new type of rural collective economy are defined,and the theories of agricultural cooperation of Marx and Engels Lenin,the theory of agricultural cooperation of Mao Zedong,the theory of rural collective economy in the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the important discussions of Xi Jinping on new type of rural collective economy are sorted out to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the thesis writing.Chapter 3: The Historical Evolution of China’s Rural Collective Economy.A systematic analysis is used to sort out the development overview and main forms of realization of China’s rural collective economy during the New Democratic Revolution,the socialist revolution and construction period,the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Chapter 4: The empirical enlightenment and practical challenges of the evolution of China’s rural collective economy.Summarizing the experience and inspiration of the century long evolution of China’s rural collective economy,it is pointed out that the practical challenges faced by the development of China’s rural collective economy in the new era are still to be enhanced in the effectiveness of party building leadership in rural collective economy,the level of operation of rural collective economic organizations needs to be improved,the convergence of rural collective economic development models needs to be urgently solved,and the talent support for rural collective economic development needs to be improved.Chapter 5: Suggestions for the development of China’s rural collective economy in the new era.The suggestions for the development of China’s rural collective economy in the new era are to adhere to the Party building to guide the development of rural collective economy,improve the management level of new rural collective economic organizations,innovate the rural collective economic management model according to local conditions,and constantly improve the rural collective economic talent support system.
