Research On The Revitalization Of Rural Industries From The Perspective Of Common Prosperity

With the completion and realization of poverty alleviation,the problems of poverty and food and clothing have been solved,but the country has put forward higher requirements for rural construction and development to gradually achieve common prosperity in the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization and high-quality development.The focus shifts to rural revitalization,and the development of industries is the most important one in the realization of rural revitalization.Study how to make good use of policy advantages in the context of common prosperity,realize the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,change the development disadvantages of rural areas,and meet the current agricultural areas.The reality of rural industrial development has very important practical significance.Starting from the actual situation of the revitalization and development of rural industries under the background of common prosperity,this paper uses the standpoint and viewpoints of the theory of industrial development and the theory of coordinated development of urban and rural areas.Through literature research and interviews,earnestly analyzes and summarizes the actual situation of industrial development in the process of rural revitalization in Wuyang County,Luohe City,Henan Province.It is found that in the process of promoting industrial revitalization,there are still problems such as the lack of scientific research and judgment in the selection of industrial projects,the lack of competitive advantages in industrial development,the inaccurate role positioning of local governments,the difficulty in taking into account the responsibilities of business operations and poverty alleviation,the poor ability of poor households to resist risks and the lack of investment in basic public service construction.And through the Smith policy implementation process model,from the four aspects of policy formulation,implementing agencies,target groups and environmental factors,to deeply explore the problems existing in the development process of rural industries in Wuyang County At the same time,by consulting a large number of successful examples of industrial development in rural areas at home and abroad,starting from the actual situation of rural construction and development in Wuyang County,it is pointed out that the focus should be on strengthening the leading role of policy factors,improving the ability of executives to perform their duties,creating the cooperation model of the target group and the optimizing resource guarantee of environmental factors are used to help the further development of industries in rural areas.Industry is the most important starting point for realizing rural revitalization and achieving the goal of common prosperity.Industry has now become the primary force to help the development of agricultural areas,increase farmers’ jobs,increase farmers’ income levels,and improve the imbalance between urban and rural development.Although the actual situation of each agricultural area is different,and the problems encountered in the development of the industry are not the same,but through the research on the practice of promoting the common prosperity of rural farmers in Wuyang County’s rural industry,it is hoped that it can revitalize and develop the rural industry in other agricultural areas.Provide some reference ideas.
