Research On The Construction Of Reserve Cadre Teams Of The “Two Committees” In Villages From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization And Countermeasures

Implementing rural revitalization is one of the important strategies of the current country.The No.1 central document of 2023,Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the Key Work of Overall Promoting Rural Revitalization by 2023,further strengthens the strategy of promoting rural revitalization.The key to effectively promoting the rural revitalization strategy lies in people,especially the actual actors of the Party in rural work-village "two committees" cadres.In response to the problems faced by the cadre team of the village "two committees",such as lack of successors,aging age,and weakened abilities,various regions have strengthened the construction of the reserve cadre team of the village "two committees".Strengthening the construction of the reserve cadre team of the village "two committees" according to local conditions,improving the overall quality of the team,and providing talent guarantee for the rural revitalization strategy,it is necessary to strengthen research.This article takes P Town in L City as an example to explore.By using the methods of questionnaires and interviews,we investigated the current situation of the construction of the "two committees" reserve cadre team in P Town,L City,and analyzed the current situation of the construction of the "two committees" reserve cadre team in P Town,L City,based on the Two-factor theory,human capital theory and other theories,and analyzed the difficulties in selection,training to be strengthened,inadequate daily management,limited post benefits and spiritual incentives The main reasons for issues such as the need to improve the quality and ability of reserve cadres are insufficient ideological attention,inadequate management mechanisms,imperfect incentive and guarantee measures,and limited self-awareness of reserve cadres.To this end,countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward to strengthen the top-level design of reserve cadre cultivation,improve the selection mechanism,build a diversified training system,improve regulatory mechanisms,and implement diversified incentives to strengthen the construction of the reserve cadre team of town and village "two committees",in order to accelerate the construction of a high-quality reserve cadre team of village "two committees" and promote rural revitalization.
