A Study Of Government Support Behavior In The Development Of New Rural Collective Economy In County F, Shaanxi Province

The development of a new rural collective economy is in line with the needs of rural development and the interests of farmers.It is the basis for rural revitalization and is crucial to strengthening rural public services,transforming and upgrading agriculture and strengthening grassroots governance."The development of a new type of rural collective economy has become the general grasp for solving the three rural issues,which can promote the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas in all aspects,comprehensively promote the revitalization of rural areas on the ground and bring about the modernization of local agricultural industries.The good development of the new rural collective economy cannot be achieved without the support of the government,but in the process of practical operation,there are still many problems with the government’s support behaviour for the development of the new rural collective economy,which cannot fully realise the role of political support,thus the research around this issue is of p ractical significance and application value.It is not only conducive to promoting the modernisation of agriculture and rural areas and the common prosperity of farmers,but also to enhancing the Party’s level of governance and the credibility of the government.This paper investigates the government support behaviour in the development of new rural collective economy in F County,Shaanxi Province,starting from the current situation,development mode and government support behaviour of new rural collec tive economy development in F County,using literature research method,field research method,interview method,combined with questionnaires and drawing on the theoretical basis of government intervention theory,public goods theory and governance theory,to find out the problems and analyse the causes of government support behaviour in the development of new rural collective economy in F County,Shaanxi Province,and explore the optimal government support behaviour in the process of new rural collective e conomy development.This paper argues that in the process of developing a new rural collective economy in F County,Shaanxi Province,governments at all levels are also actively exploring the best governmental action to develop a new rural collective econo my,but due to the complexity of rural work and differences in resource endowments in different places,the development of a new rural collective economy is still uneven,Due to the limitation of policy establishment,lack of government resource coordination,unsound assessment and employment mechanism,and weak foundation of new rural collective economy,there are still many proble ms that need to be solved in the process of new rural collective economy development.After an in-depth analysis of data,questionnaires and interviews,this paper argues that F County in Shaanxi Province should strengthen policy support,increase financial support,enhance talent support and strengthen technical support in order to optimise government support behaviour and effectively guarantee the sustainable development of new rural collective economies.
