The Study On The Government Function In The Development Of Rural Collective Economy In Liuhu Town,Tuquan County

The strategy for reviving the country’s industrial sector in the first place emphasizes the significance of the industrial economy,and the village collective economy is a significant component of industrial economy.Therefore,developing the village-level collective economy is a significant and urgent task,as is strengthening the cohesiveness of the rural grassroots organizations construction and accelerating the construction of new socialist countryside.Township government’s ability to play its role in the growth of village-level collective economy is particularly crucial in the development of this economy as the "first responsible person" of rural rejuvenation.The township government still has a lot of room for improvement when it comes to encouraging the growth of a village-level common economy.Therefore,investigating the functions of IT is important.This thesis examines the Liuhu town government in Tuquan County as its research subject.It does so by synthesizing the current state of the village level collective economic development in Liuhu Town,combining the methods of literature analysis,field research,questionnaire surveys,etc.,summarizing and analyzing how the functional orientation affects the growth of the village level collective economy,and,on the basis of this analysis,making recommendations for better exerting the functions.Researchers discovered that the Liuhu town government’s efforts to develop a village-level collective economy are hampered by a number of factors,including policy deviation,a lack of policy support,a weak and limited resource base,and a sluggish development of the grass-roots talent team.As a result,there is a lack of policy guidance,a poor coordination of resources,inadequate supervision of collective assets,poor environmental conditions,and as a result,this thesis offers ideas for how to make the government work better as well as fresh perspectives on how to strengthen and develop the rural communal economy.
