Research On Policy Support For Promoting The Development Of Home Accommodation Industry In H Town,Q City

With the development of economy and society,the homestay industry has become an important component of rural tourism.However,under the influence of factors such as the epidemic,the development speed of the homestay industry in H town has been greatly limited.Therefore,in response to the development requirements of the current economic situation,it is particularly important to study the support and promotion role of policies in supporting the development of the homestay industry.As one of the cradles of the homestay industry,H Town in B District of Q City has accumulated rich experience and resources after more than ten years of development.In the current historical context of vigorously promoting rural revitalization in the country,the H town government should fully utilize internal and external resources,and promote the further upgrading of the homestay industry through multiple policy measures such as integrating resources,improving supporting facilities,and enhancing brand image.Based on a brief explanation of the foundation and theory,this article takes H Town in Q City as the research object to study the policy support for the development of its homestay industry.Firstly,research the role of policy support in the development of the homestay industry,clarify the role of policy support and the development of the homestay industry,and obtain that building a multi-party,integrated,and mutually beneficial stakeholder relationship system with policy support is crucial.Secondly,through interviews with relevant stakeholders in H town,it was found that the homestay industry in H town is severely homogenized and lacks cultural connotations,with outdated business concepts and awareness,insufficient market experience in the homestay industry,non-standard business behavior,and a lack of talent and supporting experience leisure projects.The emergence of these problems is closely related to the policy support situation.Then,after in-depth analysis of the problems and reasons behind the policy support for the homestay industry in H Town,it was found that there are five aspects to the development of the homestay industry in H Town: lack of long-term planning in policy formulation,lack of cultural support in policy content,lack of depth in policy content,lack of supervision in policy implementation,insufficient talent introduction,and infrastructure supporting policies.The reasons for these problems include idealization of policy formulation in H Town,lack of public cultural services Homestay homeowners have conservative thinking,inadequate supervision of policy support,and inadequate policy support and protection.Finally,in response to the problems and reasons for the development of the homestay industry in H town,targeted policy recommendations for the development of the homestay industry in H town were proposed from three aspects:strengthening government functions,improving policy support and supervision mechanisms,and improving the policy support and guarantee system.Specifically,scientific policies were formulated to fill policy gaps;Develop development plans and clarify development positioning;Stimulate cultural innovation vitality and enhance the attractiveness of the homestay industry;Improve the market supervision mechanism and leverage the role of associations;Improve the regulatory mechanism for business licenses to ensure legitimate business operations;Optimize the government’s assessment mechanism and ensure the implementation of policies;Improve the talent training mechanism and enhance the quality of homestay practitioners;Improve the construction of public infrastructure and enhance the service capacity of homestays;Increase financial support to enhance the competitiveness of homestay development.
