Study Onthe Optimization Of Government Financial Support For Rural Industry Revitalization In Wenzhou City

The task of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization is arduous and complex,of which industrial revitalization is the foundation.Strengthening financial services for rural industry revitalization is an important key to promoting rural revitalization.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to study how to optimize government financial support for rural industry revitalization to further deepen the supporting role of finance in promoting rural revitalization.By means of field research,data statistical analysis,face-to-face interview and questionnaire survey,this paper takes C county of Wenzhou as the research object and summarizes the achievements of C county in formulating government financial support for rural industry revitalization,which are embodied in the following aspects: The coverage of inclusive finance continued to expand,policy-based agriculture-related insurance services continued to be enriched,the balance of policy-based agriculture-related loans steadily increased,and the system of government financial support for agriculture continued to improve.However,due to the influence of various factors,the current government financial support for rural industry revitalization in C County still has many outstanding problems,which are manifested in four aspects: imbalance of government financial resource allocation,backward development of policy-based agricultural insurance,insufficient government credit awareness,and poor policy implementation effect.Then,the paper on the basis of the theory of "integrity management",through the horizontal and vertical coordination of thought and action,to strengthen the government between the internal departments and financial institutions,market main body,social organizations and other external collaboration between the related units and functional integration,as integration collaboration concept to optimize administrative resources and the rural financial resources allocation,And put forward targeted suggestions on the optimization of government financial support for the revitalization of rural industries in C county: strengthen the guiding role of financial institutions,improve the support for agricultural insurance,accelerate the construction progress of rural credit system,and strengthen multi-department cooperation and functional integration.Because the comprehensive economic strength of County C is relatively backward among the 12 counties(cities,districts)in Wenzhou and the development level of rural industry is in the initial stage,the problems and challenges faced by County C in supporting the revitalization of rural industry are typical and representative in Wenzhou and even the whole country.Therefore,this paper takes C County as the research object,deeply analyzes the existing problems and causes of government financial support for rural industry revitalization,and puts forward targeted optimization countermeasures,which provide relevant departments with a certain feasibility of decision-making reference,and has certain practical significance.
