Research On Resilient Community Construction From The Perspective Of Symbiosis Theory

In recent years,urban public crises occur frequently,and the urban vulnerability has become more and more serious.The COVID-19 pandemic at the end of 2019 has also exposed the shortcomings of urban governance.This has exerted a great influence on the politics,economy and culture of urban construction.As an important part of urban governance,communities need to be more resilient in the post-epidemic era.However,in the face of the impact of the public crisis,the traditional disaster reduction communities have been difficult to better solve the problems under the new situation.Therefore,the further development from a disaster reduction community to a resilient community has become an important part of the current community governance.Through literature analysis,the research content of resilient community construction at home and abroad is systematically reviewed,aiming to understand the current research status.On this basis,Benxi Community,Xianyang North Road Street,Hongqiao District,Tianjin,was taken as the research object,with the help of symbiosis theory,questionnaires and interviews,the resilience construction of Benxi community was investigated,and its problems and reasons were analyzed.The study finds that there are many problems in Benxi community: the role positioning of symbiosis unit is not clear,the organizational ability of symbiotic subject is insufficient,and the symbiotic environment guarantee measures are not perfect.On this basis,several reasons are further analyzed and summarized: lack of understanding of the resilient community,lack of good interaction of multiple subjects in organizational activities,and lack of external guarantee matching the construction of the resilient community.After sorting out the existing problems and causes,we try to put forward the strategy of resilient community construction from the perspective of symbiosis theory: first,shape the resilience of community symbiotic unit,clarify the role positioning and symbiotic relationship of each subject in the construction;second,strengthen the resilience of community symbiosis cooperation mode;Benxi community should improve the strategy from forming the collaborative consensus of multiple subjects in the construction,optimizing the collaborative mechanism of subjects in the construction and building the collaborative platform of resilient community construction;Third,to improve the resilience of the community symbiotic environment,it is necessary to establish an appropriate emergency support system,build a community digital comprehensive information platform,and strengthen the construction of community cultural resilience.Through the study of the resilience construction of Benxi community,this paper provides some experience for the construction of the resilient community in Tianjin,in order to provide new ideas for realizing the modernization of urban community governance.
