The Study On The Application Status And Countermeasures Of Mobile Government Affairs In Hohhot City

At the end of the 20 th century,the emergence of e-government improved the ability and efficiency of government administration.With the continuous improvement and development of emerging information technologies such as mobile communication technology,big data and cloud computing,people’s reliance on mobile devices is reflected in all aspects of food,clothing,housing and transportation.Therefore,the public’s demand for public service mobility has become stronger and stronger,and mobile government services have emerged to make up for the limitations of e-government in time and space,while the public can enjoy convenient and personalized government services on mobile device terminals.As an innovative form of "Internet + government service",mobile affairs government affairs focuses on government affairs service,but at present,the Chinese government still needs to improve and improve the application of mobile government affairs.This thesis selects Hohhot city as the research object,using the literature research method,empirical research method,case analysis method,combined with the new public service theory,seamless government theory and digital governance theory to discuss.First of all,the current situation of mobile government affairs application in Hohhot is sorted out.The overall opening situation and the application situation of government affairs Wechat,government affairs Microblog and government affairs App are summarized.Secondly,through the summary,it is found that while the current mobile government applications in Hohhot are developing rapidly,there are still some problems,mainly manifested as "Relevant departments don’t know enough about the application of mobile government affairs,and their management and supervision are weak.Mobile government application platform Settings are not user-friendly,the content is not attractive.The government service platform is unstable,and the interaction between the government and the people is insufficient.The user’s personal privacy is easy to leak,and the experience effect is not good".Thirdly,the reasons for the above problems are analyzed and reflected in four aspects: "Relevant departments don’t have a thorough understanding of the importance of mobile government affairs.Special funds are low,infrastructure construction isn’t perfect.The staff isn’t strong sense of innovation,publicity work isn’t in place.The lack of professional and technical personnel support,and the operation mechanism isn’t sound." Finally,in view of the problems in the application of mobile government affairs,this thesis puts forward four suggestions: "Strengthen the concept of mobile government service,pay attention to the construction of mobile government management team.Increase investment in capital and related infrastructure to improve the quality of mobile government services.Strengthen the publicity of mobile government affairs and innovate the service mode of mobile government affairs.Improve the operational mechanism of mobile government affairs and maintain the security of platform users’ information ".The application of mobile government affairs should be based on the actual situation of Hohhot city,make specific analysis of specific problems,to meet the practical needs of the masses,and to accelerate the construction of digital government in Hohhot city.
