Research On The Construction Practice And Improvement Path Of Digital Government In Anhui Province

The wave of digitalization is coming,and the construction of digital government is regarded as the core indicator of comprehensive national strength in the world,which is an important measure to promote the development of digital governance and digital economy.In 2022,China issued a series of documents such as the Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Digital Government,taking the construction of digital government as an important starting point to promote the construction of digital China.Digital transformation is an important track for the governance reform of local governments at present.The Anhui Provincial Government strives to move forward,focus on governance digital transformation,continue to promote the in-depth development of digital government construction,activate the traction of digital government construction,and enable Anhui Province to further promote the optimization of business environment and achieve high-quality development.Based on the seamless government theory,new public service theory and digital governance theory,this paper analyzes and explores the general situation of digital government construction in Anhui Province from the political,economic,social and technological perspectives.Through analysis and research,it is found that the construction of digital government in Anhui Province has achieved certain results,including the gradual improvement of information infrastructure,the significant improvement of government service capacity,and the gradual improvement of government credibility and satisfaction.However,at this stage,the overall construction level of digital government in Anhui Province still has a lot of room for improvement.Specifically,the high-level coordination and coordinated promotion of the government are insufficient,and the common development of digital government construction in the region needs to be strengthened;The data opening and supervision system is not perfect,and the level of government data management needs to be improved;The progress of internal training and external introduction of talent team is slow,and the foundation of digital talent team needs to be consolidated;The solidification of traditional ideas forms a cognitive set,and public participation needs to be strengthened.In order to speed up the construction of digital government in Anhui Province,this paper uses case study and comparative analysis to benchmark the advanced areas of digital government construction at home and abroad,draw relevant experience and inspiration to promote the construction of digital government in Anhui Province,and explore the improvement path of digital government construction in Anhui Province.First of all,we should improve the management system and mechanism of digital government.By optimizing the top-level design of digital government,accelerating the construction of relevant infrastructure,and innovating the government supervision and assessment mechanism,so as to narrow the gap between regions.Secondly,we should promote the connection between government data and society.By promoting the open sharing of government public data,improving the data information security system,strengthening the cooperation between government and enterprises to achieve coordinated governance,and further stimulating the vitality of the economy and society.At the same time,we should strengthen the construction of professional talent team.By introducing digital high-level talents,strengthening the construction of professional talent security system,improving the digital literacy of government staff,and enhancing the innovation ability of digital government.Finally,we should change the traditional government governance concept.Adhere to the "people-centered" governance concept,optimizing and expanding the government service channels,increasing the publicity of digital government construction,and comprehensively improving the level of digital government governance.We expect Anhui Province to adapt to the new needs of digital development through continuous exploration and innovation,and strive to build an "intelligent government" with intelligent governance and intelligent services as soon as possible.Figure [ seven ] table [ nine ] reference [ fifty-eight ]...
