With the development of a new generation of science and technology,mankind is rapidly moving towards the digital era.With the advent of the era of Industry 4.0 and the rapid development of emerging technologies such as the Internet,big data and artificial intelligence,digital technology,as an emerging technology,is playing an increasingly important role in our work and life.The digitalization of human lifestyle has become an inevitable trend of development.At present,with the transformation of government functions and the involvement of digital technology,the government service mode has become more and more abundant,and the public service is more and more convenient.The mobile terminal handling of government service matters has become the evolution trend of the government service mode.By October 2022,the number of mobile Internet users in China has reached1.047 billion.In particular,with the development of mobile Internet technology and the arrival of the COVID-19 in recent years,people prefer to use mobile phones and other means to enjoy thoughtful and convenient government services without leaving home,which poses a challenge to the traditional offline government service model,and also puts forward higher requirements for the establishment of the mobile terminal system of the government service platform.This thesis uses the methods of interview,questionnaire and literature analysis,with the help of the new public service theory and the overall governance theory,combined with the current situation of the construction of the mobile terminal of government services in Shandong Province,effectively combines the problems to be studied with relevant theories,studies the problems in the construction of the mobile terminal of government services in Shandong Province,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward suggestions and suggestions.First of all,this thesis analyzes the current development of the mobile end construction of the government service platform in Shandong Province in detail from the perspective of the background of the construction of the mobile end of the government service platform in Shandong Province,the development stages and objectives proposed by the government departments,and the current main applications.Through the analysis of this thesis,it is found that at present,the mobile end of the Shandong Provincial Government Service Platform still has problems such as lack of collaboration in data sharing and business handling,insufficient "universal handling" of government services,hidden dangers in network security,and lack of good user experience.After analyzing the reasons one by one,we found that there is independence between government departments,and the current institutional mechanism setting is not conducive to data sharing and data integration;Local government service matters are not unified,and this difference has brought obstacles to the "universal handling of the whole province";At present,the security maintenance of hardware equipment used for government services is not in place,and there are many unsafe factors in the network environment,resulting in the network security maintenance is not in place;Inadequate research links and incomplete application of technology lead to poor use experience of the masses and low promotion of use.Finally,this thesis puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of promoting the establishment of data sharing and data integration platform,unifying government service matters,doing a good job in network security maintenance,strengthening technology application and process reengineering,in order to put forward reasonable suggestions for the construction of the mobile end of the government service platform in Shandong Province. |
