Research On The Optimization Path Of Digital Government Construction In My Countr

With the development of the fourth industrial revolution,emerging technologies represented by big data,artificial intelligence,blockchain and the Internet of things have a profound impact on social development,and also provide new technological means for national governance.However,compared with western developed countries,China’s digital government construction and related research started late.Therefore,it is very necessary to conduct related research on the construction of digital government.Comprehensively use holistic governance theory,collaborative governance theory,network governance theory,seamless government theory systematically analyze the construction of digital government in China,and discuss and study from the logic of "should-real" and "problem-path".From the point of view,the analysis of digital government construction should be built,think digital government should be built with digital integration platform as the hub of service system,data governance as the gripper governance system,digital as the background of digital government management mechanism,with "new infrastructure" as an opportunity of digital government support system as the main content,and the achievements of digital government construction in recent years.At the same time that the digital government construction in the digital service ability,data sharing open,data management ability,data security,regional balanced development,the main reason is the management system and development demand,data sharing and utilization ability,lack of laws and regulations and management system is not perfect,technology lag and lack of four aspects.Based on the experience of developed countries,the optimization path of digital government construction in China is explored from four aspects: optimizing the digital government management system and mechanism,improving the digital government government service system,strengthening the digital government data governance capacity,and increasing the support for digital government construction.
