Research On The Provision Of Embedded Elderly Care Services In Kunming City From The Perspective Of Enhanced Sense Of Gain

The community-embedded elderly care service represents the enhanced fusion and advancement of existing modes of elderly care services,including family care,community care,and institutional care.It has the social advantages and resource advantages of professional elderly care,while taking into account the geographical and emotional advantages of family and community.It is the trend of elderly care service exploration and development in China.However,in the early stage of exploration and development,the problem of insufficient effective supply is still the key to break through and optimize the community-embedded elderly care service.The effective supply of community-embedded elderly care service refers to the service provision that can meet the elderly’s demand and payment ability within the community.Thinking about how to maximize the advantages of community-embedded elderly care service and improve the effectiveness of supply,the perspective shift to the improvement of sense of gain provides a new solution.Therefore,this study adds an intermediary variable: sense of gain between the demand and supply of community-embedded elderly care service.The study designed a demand-supply analysis framework embedded with sense of gain indicators,in which the effective supply of community-embedded elderly care service was specified as the dependent variable;the expectations,service content,service value of the elderly for community-embedded elderly care service,and their participation degree in the elderly care service supply were specified as independent variables;age,living situation,health status and other individual characteristics of the elderly were specified as control variables;and the sense of gain of community-embedded elderly care service for the elderly was used as an intermediary variable.On this basis,hypotheses about the relationship between variables are proposed.In the empirical study,Guandu District of Kunming City in Yunnan Province was selected as the research scope,and the elderly group in typical communities was selected as the main research group.data on demand for elderly care services,sense of gain and supply situation were collected,integrated and analyzed.Through descriptive analysis of survey samples,analysis of different groups’ demand for elderly care services and regression analysis of sense of gain and effective supply of community-embedded elderly care services,The objective of this study is to pinpoint the crucial factors that influence the efficient provision of community-embedded elderly care services.The study found that the content,quality and participation degree of the elderly in the community-embedded elderly care service supply all have an important impact on the effective supply of elderly care services.The level of sense of gain of community-embedded elderly care service also has an impact on the effectiveness of supply.The main reasons for the insufficient effectiveness of supply in Guandu District of Kunming City include: rigid concept restriction,consumption preference constraint;policy lag,slow development of main body;incomplete management standard,poor professional skill and resource allocation deviation,supply structure imbalance,etc.Based on this,based on the perspective of improving the sense of gain of community-embedded elderly care service,relevant suggestions are put forward from four dimensions: highlighting the embedded value,strengthening the value guidance;constructing a compatible community,empowering the main body;paying attention to the sense of gain of elderly care,multi-party cooperation and win-win situation;and balancing the allocation of resources,ensuring the fairness of supply.
