Research On The Effective Supply Of Community Public Service From The Perspective Of Sense Of Gain

Communityization is the trend of public service provision,and the problem of insufficient effective provision of public services exists in the community similarly.The effective supply of public services is the satisfaction of effective demand.The effective supply of community public services is the community public service supply that meets the consumer demand and consumption ability of the community.How to measure and improve the effectiveness of community public service provision,sense of gain gives the answer.In the dual structure of demand and supply,this paper adds the intermediary adjustment variable of sense of gain.This paper selects Micro-Happiness Project in the P city Q district as the research case,and comprehensively uses the questionnaire survey method,interview method and participation observation to collect and measure the service supply and resident service satisfaction of the Micro-Happiness Project in Q district.The“Micro-Happiness Project”accomplishes the collection of community residents’ needs through micro-governance,achieves the coordinated supply through the overall government operation,and utilizes the people’s sense of gain to test the matching degree between the demand side and the supply side,through the“demand-supply-gain-satisfaction-sense of gain-demand” processes,thus achieving the effective supply of community public services.In the empirical measurement,the effective supply of community public services is the dependent variable,People’s sense of gain is a mediator variable,service expectation of pre-"demand",supply participation in behavior "supply",service acquisition content in "gain" interaction and service value judgment in "satisfaction" mechanism are independent variables,demographic variables as control variables.Through the descriptive analysis of all variables,and the regression analysis of sense of gain and community effective supply,explore the mediating effect of People’s sense of gain on the effective supply of community public services..It shows that,service expectation,supply participation,service acquisition content all significantly affect the effective supply of community public services,and the mediating effect of sense of gain is significant in these three independent variables,but service value judgment doesn’t affect effectively.The lack of effective public supply in the community is mainly manifested in the insufficient supply of high expectations,the lack of supply of participation in the fader entity,the poor quality of service and the imbalance of service resource allocation.Finally,this paper proposes effective supply suggestions for community public services,including shaping residents’ supply perceptions,fostering community capital,providing accurate services,and balancing community supply,based on the perspective of sense of gain.
