The policy of “three children” is a major strategic policy issued by China against the background of population aging.Women in this transformation will bear the birth pressure from all aspects of family and social relations and the occupational expectation pressure of their enterprises.Under this dual pressure,how professional women choose between fertility and employment has become the current research focus.Due to the large proportion of female employees in the hotel service industry,this problem is more prominent.So,does the "three children" fertility policy not only improve women’s fertility motivation,but also inhibit their employment intention? If the desire to have children inhibits the desire to work,will the stability of human resources in the hotel industry be affected? The above problems have not yet reached a unified conclusion in practice.This dissertation takes the influence of women’s fertility motivation on employment intention under the “three children” policy as the research object,takes the hotel service industry in Taiyuan as the research object,and comprehensively uses the research methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey analysis,Logit empirical analysis,etc.to study the relationship between women’s fertility motivation and employment intention under the current “three children” policy background,and on this basis discusses the relevant management countermeasures of the hotel industry.The main content of this thesis includes four parts.The first chapter is the first part,which introduces the research background and significance,research methods and ideas,research contributions and current research status.The second and third chapters are the second part,which study the core concepts,theoretical basis,research assumptions and theoretical model.The third part is the fourth and fifth chapters,which is the empirical analysis part of the dissertation,including questionnaire design,survey design,survey statistical analysis,Logit model design and analysis.The fourth part is the sixth chapter,which summarizes and prospects the full text,and puts forward relevant policy recommendations from the perspective of hotel industry management.The main conclusions of this dissertation are as follows: First,according to the survey results,under the “three children” policy,the core influencing factors of women’s fertility behavior are the influence of family members,and relatives and friends,physical conditions,worries about family finance and job loss are also important factors affecting fertility motivation;Family relations,social relations,employment skills,career development space and economic pressure are also the main factors affecting women’s willingness to work.Secondly,according to the empirical research conclusion,women’s fertility motivation under the “three children” policy has a negative impact on their employment intention;Women over35 years old,women without childbearing behavior,women in small-scale hotel industry,women with lower sense of career achievement,and women in enterprises without childbearing subsidy policy have a greater inhibitory effect on employment willingness.Third,from the perspective of hotel enterprise management,in order to improve the comprehensive management efficiency of enterprises,enterprises should build dynamic human resources strategic management plan,improve the relevant maternity allowance system in salary management,and optimize and expand the career development channel of female employees.
