The 19 th Party Congress put forward the strategy of revitalizing the countryside and wrote it into the Party Constitution at the critical period of winning the victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects.The Second Tenth Report has once again made a profound discussion and comprehensive deployment on promoting rural revitalization,with comprehensive contents and simple words.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is based on the scientific assertion that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the accurate judgment around the current changes in the main social contradictions,and the combination of the current major problems that need to be solved in China’s countryside,providing theoretical support and practical pillars for the in-depth promotion of the rural revitalization strategy in the new era.This paper analyzes the current situation of rural construction at home and abroad,adopts literature research method and case study method,and follows the logical way of explaining the background and related concepts-innovative results of "five revitalization" in practice-analyzing existing problems-analyzing constraints-exploring optimization paths.Based on this,the whole paper is divided into five parts.The main contents of the research are as follows: Chapter 1 focuses on the background of rural revitalization strategy and its related theoretical interpretation,and analyzes the scientific connotation of rural revitalization strategy,basic principles and five major revitalizations to understand the importance of rural revitalization strategy.Chapter 2analyzes the typical practices presented in the process of practical innovation of the "five revitalizations" in order to clarify the current situation of rural development in the "five revitalizations" of the rural revitalization strategy.Chapter 3 analyzes the innovations achieved by the rural revitalization strategy in practice from these five aspects,so as to clearly understand the development blueprint of the rural revitalization strategy.Chapters 4 and 5 are about the major breakthroughs in economic and ecological development in rural areas in the new era,but it is undeniable that there are still many problems that need to be solved in promoting the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.At present,due to the complicated environment of rural industrial policy implementation and the imperfect structure of rural practical talents,there are still problems such as the weak momentum of rural industrial development and the weak strength of practical talents at this stage.Therefore,it is imperative to explore the optimization path for the existing problems;this paper proposes the optimization path for the innovation of rural revitalization strategy practice in the new era from the aspect of "five revitalizations",in order to provide effective thinking for promoting comprehensive rural revitalization in the new era.In-depth study of the important contents of practical innovation research on the rural revitalization strategy in the new era,exploring its formation background,relevant theoretical interpretation,grasping typical practices,summarizing important achievements,analyzing existing dilemmas and causes of constraints,and exploring optimization paths are of great value to do a solid job of "comprehensive rural revitalization" in the new era and promote the realization of the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
