Research On The Optimization Of Rural Community Governance Path Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Community is the smallest unit of social governance and the most basic part of the social governance system.To take the big game of rural revitalization,we need to rely on the "cell" of society,that is,community.Rural community is the "last link" to implement national policies and provide public services.It is an important carrier for the effective integration of rural resources and rural community forces,and has a far-reaching impact on people’s good life,social stability,rural prosperity and revitalization.In the new era,there are still some problems in rural areas,such as decentralized management of public resources,weak governance subjects,weak farmers’ awareness of autonomy,and the continuous emergence of various rural contradictions,which restrict the development of rural community governance.Therefore,in order to strengthen and improve the governance capacity of rural communities,the author investigated three different types of administrative villages in X county,combined with questionnaires and interviews,summarized and refined their specific practices and highlights in community governance under the background of rural revitalization,analyzed the problems and causes in the governance process,and analyzed from the aspects of system construction,governance efficiency Talent participation and other aspects are analyzed to get the ways of rural community governance optimization under the background of rural revitalization,so as to help rural revitalization and development by optimizing rural community governance ability.
