Research On The Optimization Of State Government Performance In The Development Of Rural Tourism In Qiandongnan Prefecture,Guizhou Province

Since the victory in poverty alleviation in 2020 and the shift to the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization,rural revitalization has been given the new connotation of "the nation should be rejuvenating,and the countryside must be revitalized".General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that the comprehensive promotion of the strategy of rural revitalization is the general focus of the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.Rural tourism has significant advantages in solving the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".It can create channels for rural income increase,increase agricultural added value,and then drive industrial development,and protect the original ecological culture.From 2017 to 2023,for seven consecutive years,the "Central Document No.1" summarized the development of rural tourism as an effective way to promote rural revitalization.As the executive organ of the power organ,the local government plays an important role in the development of rural tourism,especially its public management function.In this research,based on different contents,this paper selectively adopts literature analysis,questionnaire survey,field research and other methods,selects Qiandongnan Prefecture of Guizhou Province as a case,digs into the problems and shortcomings of the government in the process of rural tourism development,and puts forward specific measures to optimize the functions of local governments in the development of rural tourism.After completing the topic selection,this paper establishes a self-execution framework: first of all,sort out the research background of the topic and discuss the significance of the topic selection;secondly,find the basic theoretical support and research foundation in the existing literature,discuss the mutual influence and interaction between rural tourism and rural revitalization strategies,and discuss the government in the township.The functions and roles that need to be played in village tourism,using the relevant concepts of public management,to lay the foundation for research and analysis;again,through the data analysis and field research of the rural tourism situation in Qiandongnan Prefecture,questionnaires are issued to practitioners in rural tourism business units,tourism development enterprises and other related industries in Qiandongnan,combined with your The current situation of rural tourism development in Qiandongnan Prefecture and the local government’s functions in the development of rural tourism are systematically analyzed,and the problems existing in the Qiandongnan Prefecture’s performance of rural tourism development are obtained,including the insufficient characteristics of the local government in the formulation of development plans in the performance of functions.Problems such as weak industrial support policies,imperfect construction of infrastructure and supporting facilities,low level of industrial integration,and insufficient market supervision mechanism,and analyze the causes of the problem in combination with the actual situation.Finally,from the aspects of the government’s own guidance,service,guarantee,coordination and supervision,the local government is discussed.How to play a driving role and guiding role in the development of rural tourism,including formulating development plans based on local characteristics,paying attention to industrial support,establishing and improving the mechanism system,optimizing the development environment,improving the supply of public goods and public services,and cultivating professional talents.It aims to ensure the healthy development of rural tourism and promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
