Research On Government Behavior In The Revitalization Of Rural Tourism In Laixi Cit

At present,local governments in China are actively developing rural tourism,and many successful cases have emerged.But at the same time,many grass-roots governments have many problems,such as blindly copying the development model and ineffective supervision and governance.The government not only has the function of promoting development and regional tourism industry planning,but also has the responsibility of maintaining the order of rural tourism market and providing guarantee services.Based on this,this paper takes Laixi City of Qingdao as the research object to conduct a special study on the government behavior in the revitalization of rural tourism.Firstly,this paper systematically collects and sorts out the literature on the topic of rural tourism revitalization in recent years,systematically explores the concept and theoretical basis of government behavior in rural tourism revitalization,and clarifies the due functions and responsibilities of local governments in rural tourism revitalization and the impact of their behavior,so as to provide value standards and theoretical basis for the study of government behavior.Secondly,this paper systematically analyzes the main measures,achievements and existing problems of Laixi municipal government in the revitalization of rural tourism through consulting archives,on-the-spot investigation,exchange and interview,and finds that Laixi municipal government has a series of problems,such as insufficient investment in infrastructure,inadequate protection of human and ecological environment,etc.from the perspective of government behavior,The deep-seated reasons behind these problems are analyzed.Thirdly,this paper selects three domestic well-known typical villages and towns for rural tourism Revitalization: Jiangxiang village,Changshu City,Jiangsu Province,majiadi village,Yangling city,Xianyang City,Shaanxi Province,and Dalongtan village,Jiangchuan District,Yuxi,Yunnan Province.It summarizes the advanced experience of the three township governments in rural tourism revitalization,and analyzes the experience that can be used for reference.Finally,in view of the governance behavior of Laixi municipal government to revitalize rural tourism,this paper refers to the experience and Enlightenment of three model areas of government to revitalize rural tourism,combined with the functions of our government,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of Laixi municipal government to revitalize rural tourism from the aspects of introducing social capital,improving policies and regulations,perfecting talent incentive and guarantee mechanism,and expanding publicity effectiveness.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in two aspects.First,previous studies have not summarized the lessons and deficiencies of Laixi municipal government in promoting rural tourism.This paper focuses on summarizing the deficiencies on the basis of doing a good job of research,and puts forward improvement suggestions in combination with the actual situation,which has guiding significance for Laixi municipal government to optimize the revitalization of rural tourism;Secondly,the inherent conditions for the revitalization of rural tourism in Laixi are not prominent enough.This paper makes up for and improves the disadvantages in the development of rural tourism in Laixi,and provides a reference for the revitalization of rural tourism in areas without natural advantages.
