Research On The Construction Status And Optimization Countermeasures Of Suzhou Digital Government

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,building a digital government has become an inevitable choice for the country to achieve modernization of its governance system and capacity,improve economic development level,enhance citizen participation and social innovation.Under the trend of continuous promotion of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,Suzhou,as a "new frontline" city,has made significant achievements in the construction of digital government by combining reality and practical exploration.However,it also faces many new problems and challenges.Through research on the construction of digital government in Suzhou,optimization strategies are proposed for the current situation and problems of digital government construction in Suzhou,in order to provide possible reference for the construction of digital government in similar cities in China.To achieve the research purpose,the article applies theories such as new public service theory,collaborative evolution theory,and holistic governance to conduct in-depth research on the current situation,problems,and reasons of Suzhou’s digital government construction through literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis,comparative analysis,and other research methods.By studying the basic architecture and typical application scenarios of Suzhou’s digital government construction,it is found that Suzhou’s digital government construction has gradually improved its infrastructure.The resource system is becoming increasingly sound,the application situation is accelerating and active,and the development environment is significantly optimized.However,there are problems such as insufficient top-level design,low data openness,insufficient digital application scenarios,and insufficient support for digital government talents.Based on the analysis of questionnaire survey data,the causes of these problems are incomplete overall planning,incomplete operation and management mechanisms,and lack of support for application scenario construction The construction of talent meetings is not in place.Finally,the core viewpoint of the article is that there are four optimization strategies for the construction of Suzhou’s digital government:firstly,optimizing the top-level design;Secondly,enhance the degree of data openness and sharing;Thirdly,expand the number and application scale of innovation scenarios;The fourth is to strengthen the construction of talent teams.The four optimization strategies are coordinated to provide reference value for cities such as Suzhou to continuously improve government service levels and optimize ecological governance.
