A Research About The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Digital Governance From X District,Suzhou

The construction of digital China is an important engine to promote Chinese-style modernisation in the digital era,to digitally drive the transformation of production,living and governance,and to comprehensively enhance the integrity,systemic and synergistic nature of the construction of digital China,which is a powerful support to build a new national competitive advantage.At present,the development and application of government digital governance in China has a certain theoretical foundation and research results,mainly focusing on the provincial and municipal levels and above,while at the local district and county levels,there are many difficulties in governance concept,governance environment,participation mechanism,system design,etc.At the same time,the existing studies on government digital governance mainly focus on macro-theoretical analysis,and relatively few practical studies focus on the local government level.In order to further study the reality of digital governance in local governments,this paper adopts face-to-face interviews,field research and literature research to clarify the development practice of digital governance in X District of Suzhou City,and analyses and summarizes the dilemmas,causes and relevant countermeasures of local governments in terms of digital governance orientation,technology,subject and system.Finally,it is concluded that at this stage,through methods and means such as strengthening organizational leadership,building a good digital governance environment,improving the capacity of multiple subjects of digital governance and establishing a clear mechanism of data governance with clear authority and responsibility,accelerating the construction of digital talent system,effectively improving the effect of digital governance of local government,improving the overall level of governance and transforming the traditional way of governance are the ways to speed up to make up for the shortcomings and weaknesses and improve the level of digital governance of local government and grassroots governance capacity.
