| Government statistics,as an important means for our country to understand the economic and social development,national conditions and national strength,is of great significance to the whole economic and social development,and even the development of socialist modernization.Statistical departments carry out statistical investigations,statistical reports,implement statistical supervision,and provide statistical advice for government policy decision-making,which is an important part of the national public management system.The quality of government statistical data,as the core,directly determines the overall quality of the government’s statistical work.Only high-quality statistical data can truly,accurately,completely and timely reflect the economic development situation,and can escort the government’s macro-control and precise policies.After nearly 70 years of vigorous development,China’s statistical cause has made a series of achievements.At the same time,with the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,China’s economy has been further developed,and new requirements have been put forward for the quality of statistical data.On the one hand,China’s domestic economic situation presents a new normal.China’s economic development characteristics from high-speed development to high-quality development,industrial structure,demand structure is also undergoing a transformation,the government,enterprises and even individuals have higher requirements for the quality of statistical data.On the other hand,with the development of social economy,more and more indicators are included in statistics,more and more statistical subjects participate in statistics,and more and more statistical investigations are added to statistical work.All these make statistical work more and more complicated,and the difficulty of statistical data quality management is increasing day by day.In the new era and under the new situation,the statistical department of the government of J City has made careful planning and active exploration,and has made certain achievements in the quality management of government statistical data.However,it still fails to establish a relatively perfect statistical data management system,and there is still a gap in the quality management level of government statistical data with that of more developed cities of the same level in China.In this context,this paper combines the relevant theoretical basis with the statistical data quality management of J Municipal Government,and analyzes the current status of the statistical data quality management of J Municipal Government.Find out the current statistical data quality of J City government There are some problems in quantity management,such as insufficient authenticity of original data,lack of consistency of statistical data,timeliness and practicability of statistical data,etc.According to relevant advanced theories,combined with field investigation and analysis,it is concluded that the current statistical management system in J City is not perfect,the level of statistical legal system construction is not high,and the basic statistical work foundation is weak.Finally,on the basis of this,the author puts forward to deepen the vertical management system of government statistics and balance the distribution of statistical resources.Strengthen and improve the construction of statistical data index system,and establish a government statistical data quality evaluation system;Improve the construction of statistical laws,strengthen statistical law enforcement,and focus on the publicity of statistical laws;A series of relevant suggestions are to consolidate the basic statistical foundation,guarantee the basic statistical needs,and improve the management of statistical survey objects.Through the relevant research,this paper aims to provide some ideas and references for the quality management of government statistical data in other cities at the same level as J City in China,conduct a more in-depth discussion on the common problems,and further enrich the relevant research on the current government statistical data quality management in China. |
