| With the rapid development of social economy and the integration of Internet and big data,people have more and more demand for statistical information,and pay more and more attention to the quality of statistical data.Unscientific and inaccurate statistical data will not only lead to the distortion of statistical data quality,but also affect the national policies,the investment of enterprises and individuals and even make mistakes.In the past,because the government’s assessment of leading cadres mainly focused on GDP data,the statistical data was widely concerned by leading cadres,and even intervened in the statistical data,the statistical supervision mechanism was not very perfect,plus the quality of statisticians was not high,the statistical caliber and social requirements were not the same,and the quality of statistical data was questioned by all sessions of society.In the face of the requirements of the society for the quality of statistical data,the statistical data generated in the past under the operation mechanism of statistical data is not enough to meet the requirements of people for statistical data.Therefore,improving the quality of statistical data and improving the guarantee mechanism of statistical data quality have become the inevitable trend of the development of our government’s statistical work.In the past 10 years,China’s statistical work has gradually established a set of online direct report work for large and medium-sized enterprises.In large-scale census survey,PDA is adopted to input the work.In addition,the country has strengthened the investigation and treatment of statistical data fraud,improved the laws and regulations related to statistics,and gradually improved the quality of statistical data,providing a basis for the country to effectively realize macro-control and make decisions more scientific According to.In the next few years,with the gradual strengthening of the status of the mobile Internet,the technical means of statistical work will be paid more attention by the society.At present,the academic research on the quality of statistical data is mainly focused on the collection and collation of statistical data,and there is little research on the operation guarantee mechanism of the whole statistical work.The purpose of this paper is to study the guarantee operation mechanism of data quality of C County Statistics Bureau,in line with the trend of the integration of statistical data and big data,the concept of reducing the burden of enterprises and improving the efficiency of statistical work,and the normative requirements of statistical laws for statistical work,the recognition of the importance of statistical work,the improvement of the quality of statistical personnel,the standardization of statistical work flow,and the collection and arrangement of statistical data Through the analysis of the factors that affect the quality of statistical data,this paper demonstrates the favorable influence of improving the guarantee mechanism of statistical data quality on China’s economic development and the information demand of each social session,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of statistical data in County C.The research of this paper is based on the author’s work experience and practice summary and innovation in the past ten years,using the research to guide the statistical work of C County,improve the quality of statistical data,standardize the statistical work,provide solid data support for the government’s decision-making,and provide theoretical and practical support for the statistical work of other places. |
