Research On The Improvement Of Rural Human Settlements In Qinhuangdao City

The improvement of the rural living environment is an important measure involving thousands of families under the background of implementing the rural revitalization strategy.It is an important embodiment of ecological livability in rural revitalization,and an important practice of sustainable development theory and “two mountains” theory.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of rural construction,the phenomenon of "dirty and messy" in traditional rural areas has been basically eliminated,and the rural living environment has been greatly improved.However,with the continuous improvement of the living standards of rural residents,the existing ecological environment in rural areas can no longer meet the aspirations of rural residents for a better life,and it is imperative to improve the rural living environment.This study takes the rural living environment in Qinhuangdao City as the research object.On the basis of reading a large number of relevant documents at home and abroad,combined with many research and work practices,this study summarizes the rural infrastructure,the rural public service system and the key work of Qinhuangdao City,such as the "toilet revolution",the improvement of village appearance improvement,rural sewage and garbage,and beautiful rural construction in the improvement of the rural living environment.It is found that there are still some key problems affecting the improvement of the living environment in the process of promotion: First,insufficient capital investment,focusing on insufficient investment by governments at all levels,weak collective investment in villages,and low willingness to invest in social capital.Second,the infrastructure is weak and the technology promotion is unrealistic.Third,the management mechanism is not perfect,and the organizational mechanism is not perfect.Fourth,the publicity is not strong enough,and the residents have bad habits.Combined with the current situation of Qinhuangdao,this thesls analyzes the rural residential population and village types,and draws on the experience of successful cases in the improvement of the living environment and the development of rural industries at home and abroad,and puts forward solutions to the relevant problems: First,it is to solve the problem of capital investment based on industry.The second is to make up for shortcomings and upgrade the infrastructure.Third,it is stable and far-reaching and improve the long-term mechanism.Fourth,strengthen publicity and cultivate good habits.Try to find measures and ways to effectively solve the problem,and provide a reference for the decision-making of the governments of Qinhuangdao City and the same type of areas in formulating relevant policies and work.
