The improvement of rural living environment is an important way to implement the rural revitalization strategy,but also the welfare of the farmers,and an important basis for promoting the sustainable development of rural economy and society.In recent years,the improvement of rural living environment has been continuously promoted,the ecological environment in rural areas has been significantly improved,and the happiness of farmers has also been continuously improved.However,the current rural living environment overall governance level is still low,still exist many problems,outstanding performance for the public service supply inequality,imbalance between imbalance,etc.,especially in the residential environment regulation weaknesses and key areas,regulation effect is not significant,and meet the farmers yearning for a better life there is a certain gap.This article takes the town of Cang in Ding yuan County as the research object,through on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview to the town of the living environment renovation work study,on this basis,combined with the theory of living environment,collaborative governance theory and sustainable development theory,explore the town in the problems existing in the environmental renovation work and deficiencies,and analyze the causes of the problems,and put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions.According to the field visit,under the improvement of the living environment,the living environment of the local villagers has been improved.A number of central villages have been planned and built carefully,and the garbage and sewage treatment has been promoted in an orderly manner,and the infrastructure has been continuously improved.Although some achievements have been made,there are still some problems,such as low participation of farmers,disconnected supervision of remediation work,lack of planning for village renovation,insufficient investment in governance funds,and lagging infrastructure construction.According to the above problems,combined with the actual governance situation of Cangzhen,the improvement countermeasures are put forward: the first is to strengthen the implementation of responsibility and improve the long-term supervision and assessment mechanism;the second is to adhere to the scientific planning and overall regional development;the third is to strengthen the publicity and guide the active participation of farmers;the fourth is strengthen the financial support and construct the diversified investment pattern;the fifth is to improve the governance system and promote the improvement work.In order to provide reference and reference for Cangzhen and its small towns with similar development level to promote the improvement of human settlement environment.
