Young civil servants are the main components of the grass-roots front-line of the government and the important executors of providing government services to the masses. With the change of professional environment, the increase of work pressure and the bottleneck of growth and other multiple dilemmas, young civil servants have different degrees of job burnout. This kind of phenomenon will cause harm to their body and mind, and will also have a negative impact on the work of the government, which will cause a greater impact on the social level, and even affect the development of the country. This thesis takes the young civil servants in Huai’an City as the research object.Through in-depth interviews, combined with the MBI-GS Job Burnout Scale and the related scales of job burnout influencing factors, the survey data are obtained through questionnaires and interviews.By sorting out and analyzing the actual situation and influencing factors of job burnout of young civil servants in Huai’an City, this thesis puts forward countermeasures to alleviate job burnout. The study found that the job burnout of young civil servants in Huai’an City is widespread, and the overall average performance is moderate. The average level of dimension of sense of achievement is the highest, followed by the reduced dimension of emotional exhaustion, and the depersonalization dimension is the lowest. The three dimensions have certain differences under different statistical characteristic variables.Combined with the three dimensions of ERG theory, and relevant data are analyzed by SPSSAU.The study found that age, working years and unit type have significant effects on job burnout. The satisfaction of relationship needs and growth needs is negatively related.Although the influencing factors of survival need are not significant in the reliability analysis, combined with the interview content, the author believes that survival need still has an impact on the degree of job burnout. In terms of survival needs, there are reasons such as heavy physical and mental pressure and unreasonable salary; In terms of the need for mutual relations, there are reasons such as poor communication with colleagues and superiors; In terms of growth and development needs, there are reasons such as narrow promotion channels and low training results. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures are given: in terms of survival needs, relying on scientific and technological strength to improve work efficiency;Create a fresh style and reduce work pressure;Regularly carry out occupational mental health counseling;Optimize the salary structure and distribute the salary and benefits reasonably.Establish communication channels in terms of mutual relationship needs;Strengthen leadership training. In terms of growth demand, optimize the promotion and development channels, and provide career development opportunities by means of attachment training;Based on the post, provide effective training and improve skills.
