The township government is in the front line of policy implementation,facing the ordinary people directly.As the fresh and main force of the township level government,the young civil servants in the township have a high comprehensive quality.Under the current mechanism,most of them undertake a lot of daily work.The heavy workload,poor working environment in the township,high promotion pressure and other problems easily cause their job burnout,which affects their work efficiency and the work efficiency of the township government.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to the problem of job burnout of young civil servants in villages and towns,analyze the causes and propose effective countermeasures for the team construction of civil servants in villages and towns and the strengthening of township governance.This paper takes the young civil servants in X County as the research object,and based on the three-dimensional theory of job burnout,Motivator-Hygiene Theory,the equity theory,and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,describes the performance types of job burnout of young civil servants in X County.Through questionnaires,interviews and other methods,this paper analyzes the job burnout of young civil servants in X County,and concludes that the level is medium.It is found that the causes of job burnout are mainly reflected in the individual,organization and society levels.At the individual level,the lack of social adaptability,the individual expectations and the family pressure are the causes.At the organizational level,the promotion mechanism is not complete,the flow of personnel is not smooth,and the wages and benefits are relatively low.At the social level,it is reflected in high social expectations and negative publicity.Based on the analysis of the causes of job burnout,this paper puts forward seven countermeasures from the dimensions of individuals,organizations and society in order to alleviate the job burnout of young civil servants in villages.The countermeasures are respectively setting a reasonable life goal and value orientation,having a clear self-cognition and career planning,strengthening emotional regulation and balance family and work,improving the management system of township civil servants,implementing incentive measures,strengthening humanistic care and emotional identity and guiding public opinion positively,which are aiming to provide effective solutions to alleviate the job burnout of young civil servants in villages and towns.
