Research On The Role Of Yuntai Sub-district In Rural Revitalization In Lianyungang

It has been six years since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy was first proposed.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made strategic arrangements for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,clearly stating that "the most arduous and arduous task of building a socialist modernized country in all respects still lies in rural areas.This article focuses on the Yuntai Sub-district as the research object,using rural governance theory,multi center governance theory,and new public service theory,combined with government functions and government roles,using questionnaire survey,literature review,and interview methods,to conduct better field observations of Yuntai Sub-district as a staff member.The Yuntai Sub-district has problems in promoting high-quality development of rural economy,weak role in building rural professional talent teams,limited ability to create rural cultural revitalization positions,difficulty in consolidating existing achievements in rural ecological revitalization,and weak role of grassroots party building in promoting rural revitalization and development.After research,it has been found that the guidance for rural industrial development is not scientific enough,and the exploration and cultivation of rural talent teams are lacking The situation of prioritizing economy over culture still exists,the mechanism for long-term ecological governance has not yet formed,and the lack of leadership awareness among rural grassroots organizations affects the development of rural governance by the Yuntai Sub-district.By giving play to the guiding role of the government,continuing to develop and strengthen the rural economy,improving the quality of government services,giving play to the talent attraction and agglomeration effect,expanding the government’s cultural supply,vigorously promoting the construction of rural ethics and civilization,enhancing the effectiveness of government supervision,focusing on ecological livable beautiful villages,adhering to the direction of party building,and consolidating the role of grass-roots battle fortress,Better leverage the role of grassroots governments in rural revitalization.
