Research On The Role Of The Party Organization In Rural Revitalization In L Tow

Rural revitalization is an important strategy for rural development and the cornerstone for promoting the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country and achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Rural grassroots party organizations play a crucial role in the process of rural revitalization.This article uses three main research methods: literature research,questionnaire survey,and interview to study the role of grassroots party organizations in the context of rural revitalization.The paper analyzes the role and role that grassroots party organizations should play in rural revitalization,taking into account the characteristics of grassroots party organizations in L town.Based on the specific situation of the party organization in L Town,a questionnaire survey is conducted.Considering the role of grassroots party organizations,this article mainly restricts the development of the town from factors such as depth of guiding ideology,level of serving the masses,economic development ability,and difficulty in attracting talents.In response to the above issues,this article deeply analyzes the role of the Party organization in L Town in terms of ideological and ideological structure,coordination capabilities of all parties,and proposes strategies to fully leverage the role of grassroots Party organizations,including enhancing ideological education,strengthening Party organization self construction,improving the level of serving the masses,and improving relevant systems.
