Rural Grassroots Party Building In Qilin Town,puning City Lead The Exploration Of Rural Industry Revitalization

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that "comprehensively promote rural revitalization,adhere to the priority of agricultural and rural development,consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation,accelerate the construction of a powerful agricultural country,and solidly promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology,and organizations".Grassroots party organizations are the foundation of the party’s work at the grassroots level,and they are crucial for achieving economic and coordinated development in rural areas.The Party’s work in rural areas is achieved through grassroots party organizations in rural areas,which are the leaders of the Party’s work in rural areas.The implementation of various policies of the Party in rural areas and the construction of a new socialist countryside cannot be separated from the implementation of grassroots party organizations.Based on this background,this article takes Qilin Town,Puning City as an example to deeply analyze the problems in the development of rural industries.Combining with the construction of grassroots party organizations in the new era,research and exploration are conducted to guide the revitalization of rural industries through grassroots party building.Based on theories such as rural grassroots party organization construction and rural industrial development,a comprehensive study was conducted on the rural economic development and grassroots party building work in Qilin Town,Puning City using literature review,questionnaire survey,and case analysis methods.Through questionnaire survey and on-site research,a deep understanding was gained of the problems encountered,solutions,and current problems in the process of rural economic development in Qilin Town,Puning City;And the shortcomings and problems in rural grassroots party building work.Conduct comprehensive integration research and analysis,summarize the experience and measures of rural economic development led by grassroots party building,and propose countermeasures and suggestions,providing development inspiration and ideas for rural economic development and industrial revitalization in other places.Based on the practice of rural industrial economic development in Qilin Town,Puning City,and based on grassroots and frontline research interviews,this study takes the construction of party members,village committee teams,ideological and political construction,and institutional implementation as clues to study the guiding role of rural grassroots party building in the development of industrial economy in weak villages and towns,and to reflect on its practical significance for the revitalization of rural industries in eastern Guangdong and other underdeveloped areas.
