Grassroots Party Building Work Under The Background Of The Rural Revitalization Strategy Practical Research

President Xi Jinping stressed that to achieve rural revitalization,we must adhere to and strengthen the Party’s overall leadership over rural work and provide a strong political guarantee for realizing rural revitalization.Taking party building as the guide is not only an objective need of China’s economic development,but also the inevitable trend of the current rural reform and development.At the same time,it is a practical path to comprehensively improve the government governance ability and enhance the leadership and execution of the Party organization.This thesis takes the practice of grass-roots Party building under the background of rural revitalization strategy as the research topic,adopts the theory of collaborative governance and public choice theory as the theoretical framework,puts the grassroots Party building in the mobilization governance mode,and clarifies the logical relationship between grass-roots Party building and the rural revitalization strategy.Taking the grassroots Party building work in H County as a research case,Combined with field interviews with grassroots party members and cadres in 2 townships and 3 natural villages in H county.Found that the construction of weak grass-roots Party organizations,weak implementation of Party building work,lack of funding for Party building work and insufficient integration of grass-roots Party building and rural revitalization.By combining theory with practice,To out the lack of sense of identity of Party members,the lack of innovation in party building activities,the imperfect mechanism of party building,and the limitations of the grassroots Party building leading rural revitalization model,Put proposed to enhance the cohesion and execution of primary-level Party organizations.Improve the working mechanism of grass-roots Party building and innovate the grass-roots Party building work to lead the rural revitalization model.This thesis takes the grassroots party building work under the background of the rural revitalization strategy as the starting point,combines the collaborative governance theory,the mobilization governance mechanism and the public choice theory,explores the rural governance model integrating the grassroots party building work and the rural revitalization strategy,and makes innovations in the research perspective.
