Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Craftsman Spirit In The New Era

Since entering the new era,under the guidance of China’s top-level design,the steady advancement of supply-side structural reforms,building Chinese brands,telling Chinese stories,and accelerating the transformation from Chinese manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing in China need to cultivate the spirit of craftsmen.The youth of the new era is the main force of the National Intellectual Reserve Army and the powerful main force for realizing the great revival of the Chinese dream.It must meet the requirements of national strategic development.As a professional spirit guide for college students,it is imminent to cultivate craftsmanship for college students,and to send a large number of young college students with craftsmanship to the country.This article takes the cultivation of college students ’craftsmanship as the research object,and summarizes the contents and main contents of craftsmanship and the spirit of college students’ craftsmanship on the basis of combing the theories and literature about craftsmanship.Using the method of Internet-issued questionnaires to investigate the current situation of college students ’craftsmanship cultivation,and to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of the survey results.Based on the analysis results,the process of fostering college students’ craftsmanship spirit from the four levels of society,colleges,families,and individuals is proposed.The results obtained and existing problems are analyzed according to the existing problems,and the reasons for the problems are explained,and specific measures for the cultivation of college students’ craftsman spirit are proposed for specific reasons.From the four levels of society,colleges,families,and individuals,put forward measures to strengthen the cultivation of college students’ craftsmanship.The society must create a good social cultivation environment.Colleges and universities,as the main position of craftsmanship cultivation,must give full play to their leading role and integrate craftsmanship into daily life.Teaching content and work management;the family as a supplementary field,to establish a home-school communication bridge,to communicate with each other,and to promote the process of fostering the craftsmanship of college students;individuals should give full play to their subjective initiative,and do everything with the attitude of excellence in learning and life.It is a long and complex process to cultivate the craftsman spirit of college students step by step.Its cultivation needs to form multi-party linkage,coordinate the role of all parties,and require colleges,society,families and individuals to work together to cultivate the craftsman spirit of college students in the new era.
