| Chinese traditional craftsmanship culture contains rich resources of craftsman’s spirit.In the new historical period,on the basis of inheriting the traditional craftsman’s spirit,giving it new connotation and strengthening the cultivation of the craftsman’s spirit of college students has important theoretical and practical significance.As an excellent traditional culture and professional spirit,the spirit of craftsmanship meets the needs of the critical period in which my country is in the transition from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power.At present,the manufacturing industry has become the key to the development of my country’s national economy and the stimulation of domestic economic demand.There is an urgent need for a large number of craftsmen-type talents to help the transformation and upgrading of my country’s manufacturing industry and improve the competitiveness of the industry.Engineering college students,as the "reserve army" of my country’s manufacturing industry,extensively cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship among engineering college students,which is conducive to improving the cultural and professional quality of engineering college students,better responding to future occupational needs,and cultivating high-level talents for comprehensive development for socialist construction in the new era quality talents.Based on the requirements of all-round education,there is still a lack of research on the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of college students in the academic circles,and the targeting of engineering students is not high.In view of this,this paper takes engineering college students as the main body,uses the literature induction method and questionnaire method to organize and summarize,and summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of craftsman spirit in colleges and universities in Beijing.This paper proposes effective ways to deal with the cultivation of craftsmanship among engineering students at the three levels of colleges,schools and enterprises,and society.This paper explores the cultivation path of craftsmanship spirit of engineering college students from four parts: the first part mainly expounds the research background,research significance,research status and research methods at home and abroad.The second part mainly defines the historical origin and connotation of craftsman spirit;outlines the importance of craftsman spirit cultivation from the perspectives of the country,society and individuals;at the same time,from the perspective of comparative research,the relevant successful experiences of German and American craftsman spirit cultivation A general summary is made to provide reference for the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit of engineering students in my country.The third part investigates the cultivation of craftsman spirit in three colleges and universities in Beijing.Through questionnaires,interviews with teachers and students,and data comparison and analysis,it summarizes the current shortcomings of colleges and universities in my country in cultivating the craftsman spirit of engineering students.It provides the basis for the proposed path strategy.The fourth part is to put forward effective strategies to cultivate the craftsmanship spirit of engineering students at the three levels of colleges,enterprises and society.This paper believes that the cultivation of craftsmanship must be the result of the combined action of internal and external factors.To cultivate the craftsmanship of engineering students,it is necessary to explore the collaborative education pattern of school education and social external environment.The innovations of this paper are mainly reflected in: on the basis of summarizing the successful experience of cultivating professional spirit at home and abroad,exploring the artisan spirit collaborative education system combining curriculum ideological and political education and ideological and political education,taking into account the external factors of society,and proposing a comprehensive cultivation of engineering college students The path of craftsmanship. |
