Ethnicminority Rural Women Participate Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The focus of rural revitalization lies in the revitalization of rural industries,and the focus of industrial prosperity is to take the road of integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,promote the ecological and ecological industrialization of rural industries,and accelerate the development of rural characteristic industries,which is an important way to realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and the all-round revitalization of rural areas.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the value of rural functions,strengthen innovation guidance,highlight clusters into chains,cultivate new drivers of development,and gather resource elements and other aspects.The government will cooperate with the introduction of relevant policies to support them,and encourage the vast rural areas to actively develop local characteristic agricultural industries according to their own regional advantages,so as to drive farmers to increase their income and become rich.This paper studies the influencing factors of rural minority women participating in the development of characteristic industry in Yutian County,which has certain theoretical and practical significance for solving the rural surplus labor force in Yutian County and developing and expanding the rural characteristic agricultural industry.This paper focuses on rural minority women in Xinjiang,Using the women’s cooperation model to analyze their participation in the characteristic industrial behavior,The government should actively encourage characteristic industrial projects,Ethnic minority rural women(hereinafter referred to as "rural women")actively participate in the characteristic industries,Both reach the optimal Nash equilibrium;By using the mathematical derivation,A theoretical analysis of the influencing factors of rural women’s willingness to participate from three aspects of individual characteristics,family characteristics and government factors,Age was selected,cultural standing,health condition,Number of land available,Income situation,Whether optimistic about the local characteristics of agricultural products,Whether the government promotes the cultivation of specialty agricultural products,Whether to learn the relevant knowledge or technology online,Whether the government trains the relevant knowledge or technology,Satisfaction with the income increase effect of government industrial projects,The risk degree of participating in characteristic industry projects,The 12 indicators of satisfaction of project supporting facilities,Based on 415 field research data from 16 rural areas in Yutian County,Xinjiang,The logistic regression model analysis was performed,Empirical research on income,age,amount of land,whether to learn relevant knowledge or technology online,high-quality local featured agricultural products,The government actively promotes the planting of characteristic agricultural products,and the satisfaction of the income increase effect of government industrial projects have a significant positive impact on rural women’s participation in characteristic industries;The cultural level and whether the government’s relevant knowledge or technical training are negatively related to rural women’s participation in characteristic industries.The health status and the risk degree of participating in characteristic industry projects have no impact on rural women’s participation in characteristic industries.Combined with the empirical results of rural women in Yutian County,Xinjiang,the influencing factors affecting rural women’s participation in characteristic industries are summarized.According to these influencing factors,the policy suggestions on strengthening the skill training of rural labor force,adjusting and optimizing the local industrial structure and accelerating the development of local characteristic industries are put forward.By constantly improving the employment skills of rural women,let them play a greater role on the road to rural revitalization.
