A Practical Study On The Participation Of Rural Women In Industrial Revitalization In Guizhou Under The Background Of Rural Revitalizatio

How to promote industrial revitalization in rural areas where a large number of male labor flows out? How to accelerate the pace of rural revitalization? It is an issue of great concern to the government and academic circles.At present,a large number of male labor forces in Guizhou have gone out,and rural women have become an important subject of rural social labor force,study the rural revitalization of Guizhou,especially the industrial revitalization therein,Attention must be paid to rural women,who currently make up more than half of the total labour force available in rural areas.Analyzing the basic practice of rural women’s participation in industrial revitalization in Guizhou and discussing the practical difficulties and causes of rural women’s participation in industrial revitalization are not only the needs to solve the shortage of rural labor,but also the needs to realize the development of rural women themselves and improve the quality of rural revitalization.Based on field theory,participatory development and gender theory,the study used structured questionnaires and face-to-face interviews to investigate 800 rural women from eight counties and towns of Kaiyang,Xiuwen,Ziyun,Zhenning,Taijiang,Danzhai,Songtao and Zhijin in Guizhou from four aspects: personal and family situation,practice space,practice mode,practice logic and practical effectiveness.The survey results showed:In terms of practice space,rural women have obvious human ethics in the practice field,and their interest demands include economic returns,interpersonal resources and the acquisition of technical skills,but most rural women have limited capital types,which limits their ability to exert themselves.In terms of practical methods,there are three ways to organize and lead women’s federations,demonstration and guidance to entrepreneurial leaders,and contacts and mobilization of labor brokers.In terms of practical logic,the practical logic of rural women with greater family care responsibilities in participating in industrial revitalization presents obvious family-based characteristics.In terms of practical results,rural women have played an active role in satisfying the labor resources of rural industries such as flowers,tea,and handicrafts,which not only enhances their own development capabilities,but also contributes to the revitalization and development of industries.Although rural women’s participation in industrial revitalization has achieved initial practical results,they also face some practical difficulties,Including uneven participation,low level of participation goals,insufficient participation ability,insufficient endogenous motivation,and rational and emotional entanglement.The main reasons are the low level of education of rural women,their weak ability to accept new knowledge in the face of new environments,and the difficulty of balancing multiple roles such as participants,educators and caregivers,coupled with the constraints of rural traditional culture and the objective restrictions of supportive policies,which affect the role of rural women in the field of industrial revitalization.In this regard,this paper puts forward the improvement path of rural women’s participation in industrial revitalization from three aspects: improving the labor participation rate of rural women,enhancing the main position of rural women,and building a harmonious and inclusive participation environment,so as to provide reference for solving the practical dilemma of rural women.
